I tossed the test in the trash. I'm not sure how the fuck I'm going to break the news to Nic, fuck, how am I going to break it to my dad! I sat on the toilet for a good 20 minutes, wondering what I'm going to say. I grabbed my phone and texted Nic and my dad to come home. I walked downstairs and sat down on the couch, I took a deep breath and waited for them. They both walked in and sat down. "What did you want to talk about?" My dad asked, I gulped. "Um, I'm pregnant." I said and my dad's eyes widen, so did Nic's. "You're joking, right?" "Does it sound like I'm joking?" I asked and glanced at Nic, he was biting his nails. I felt bad. 

"No."

I nodded and my dad looked at Nic. "So, you going to step up and be a dad?" He asked, Nic nodded. "Of course! I'm not going to leave her or the baby." He said and got up and walked over to me, I looked up at him and smiled slightly. He pulled me up and hugged me, I hugged him back and started crying, "Aww, don't cry, it'll be okay." He said and rubbed my back. My dad stood up and walked over to us and patted my back. "I'm not mad or anything." He said and I nodded and sniffled. "I thought you would be, I wasn't even going to tell you, I was scared." I admitted, he gasped playfully. "How dare you." I giggled a little bit. "Sorry, I was scared." I said, I looked over at him. He seemed a little sad. "I would never be mad, or upset with you or anything." He said, I nodded. 

"How are you gonna break the news to your band mates?" I asked Nic, he shrugged, "I'll just put them in a group chat," he laughed. I sat down on the couch and he sat next to me and pulled out his phone and texted them. His phone started buzzing, I looked at him. "What did they say?" I asked and leaned over and read the conversations.

Nic:
Y'ALL, MY GIRL IS PREGNANT

Connor:
NO WAY, I'M GODFATHER

Sammy: 
Yay! My baby is growing up!

Dylan:
Whaaaat, is this the girl that I haven't got to meet?

Nic: 
I dunno about that, Connor lmao. I'll ask Brogan later

Connor: 
Can I please be godfather?

Chase: 
Congrats, man! I'm proud of you :)

Sammy: 
Is Oliver dead?

Oli: 
I was trying to nap, my god. But, good job, man. You should bring her over sometime so the rest of us can meet her. Now, I'm going back to my nap.

"You have nice friends." I said and he nodded and looked at me. "I know, Sam and Chase miss you. Every band practice they ask about you." He said. "Aww." My dad walked in and sat down. "I told the guys, they're excited." He said with a smile. I nodded, I looked at Nic. "My baby is growing up." My dad faked cried, I laughed and shook my head. "Are you going to be staying with Nic now?" He asked, I looked at Nic. "Well, I only live in a one bedroom apartment. So, I'll have to pack up everything and move out and shit." "Do you have enough money to get a new house or apartment?" "Uh, currently, I have some money saved up, but not enough." He admitted. My dad nodded and looked at his phone and started typing away quickly. "We'll figure something out, I'll just get a job and he-" "No, you're not going to get a job, babe." He said, I groaned. 

"Hey, I have to go for a bit, I'll be back later." My dad said and got up and left. "I can't believe that we're going to be parents." "Same, I hope that I'll be a good mom." I admitted. Honestly, I think that I'll be a horrible mom. I looked at Nic and he shook his head. "You did amazing with Copeland, you'll do amazing with our baby." He said, I shrugged. "Maybe." He groaned dramatically. "You are so much woooooooork!" He said playfully. I smiled and leaned on him, "This shall be a fun experience." I said and grabbed my phone. I went on Instagram and saw that Nic posted a picture of me. 

"So, your birthday is sooooon." "Yeah?" "Well, I got a little surprise set up for you." He said and I smiled. "Really?" I asked happily. "Yeah, of course." He said, I smiled, started to think about all of the things that he could've planned. My dad and the guys walked in, and Tino walked in. My dad and Tino were smiling. "Uh oh, what did you guys do?" I asked and sat up. "Well, because we're the fucking best people on earth, we bought y'all a house." Vic said. I stood up. "You did what?!" I yelled in shock. "Surprise!" "Oh god.." Nic said, I turned and look at him, he looked at the guys. "You didn't have to do that, honestly." "Well, her birthday is soon, she's pregnant, annnnnd you live in a one bedroom apartment." Jaime said, I shrugged. "And? We could've saved up money." I said, I sighed and rubbed my face.

"Why do you stress when someone does something nice for you?" Tony asked, I clenched my jaw. "I'm not used to it." "Oh, grow up." He scoffed. I took deep breaths and clenched my fists. "Tony, shut up." Mike said, I went upstairs and walked into my room and closed the door. I heard them talking downstairs. I got into my bed and closed my eyes, he's right, I do need to grow up. I have a kid on the way, I can't focus on myself anymore. I pulled the covers over me, I heard a knock on the door. "Hey, can I come in?" Tino asked softly. "Sure," I muttered, he walked in and sat on the edge of the bed and rubbed my leg. "Why are you upset?" He asked, I shrugged. "I'm just feeling some type of way, as usual. Tony's right though, I do need to grow up, it's not about me anymore." I said and looked out my window, the California sun beating down, I sighed softly and glanced at Tino. "You act just like your mother. She was always so stubborn, let me tell you." He said, I laughed softly.

"We bought the house so that would be less stress for you and Nic, so you guys can foucs on the baby and stuff. Just think of it as a big ass gift." He told me, I huffed. "You guys could've waited, I don't even know how I'm going to go about paying bills, I don't even know how to do that!" I said, Tino laughed and laid back on the bed. "You worry so much! Calm down, Nic will show you and if you guys need help, we'll help you." I looked at him. "Thank you." I said and smiled softly, he nodded. "You're welcome, hey, don't forget to set up a doctor's appointment for that gremlin growing inside of you." He said will a laugh. Someone else walked in and walked to the other side of the bed and sat down, I looked up and saw Nic. "He called the baby a gremlin." I said, he chuckled. "Nice one, Tino." He said, Tino laughed. "I know! I'm hilarious!" I rolled my eyes and smiled softly.
