{Ace P.O.V}

It was around three in the morning when I awoke. I rolled over to result in me falling off the top bunk, surprised Rose didn't wake up.

"Ow.." I said while getting up.

I walked out of our bedroom not bothering to change because we have no clothes, except the ones we're wearing of course. 'Now where to go' I thought as I walked down the hallways making left and rights at random. As a result of my walking around aimlessly, I ended up in a training room, I think.

The walls were lined with swords, guns, scythes, crossbows, headpieces, and pretty much any weapon imaginable.

"Woah.." I said as I approached the large, deep indigo coloured, scythe.

I picked it up and it just felt, well, natural. I started to swing it around, it seemed heavy but for me, lifting it came with ease. I chuckled as I began to swing it with more confidence, striking battle poses a long the way. I imagined myself fighting unknown creatures with different abilities, and they would 'fight' back.

I kept playing around with it until I heard the door open. I immediately stopped and held the weapon in front of me for protection.

"Who's there." I said prepared to fight if necessary.

"What are you doing with that?!" I heard Keith's voice ring through the room.

I calmed down a bit lowering the scythe and walking towards him.

"I'm playing with it. Do you wanna join? You can be the bad guy that I have to stab." I said with a chuckle and one of my signature smirks.

Keith seemed a little intimidated, I was a bit surprised considering he looked to be one of the "stronger" people in the group.

"That a challenge?" Keith asked showing his competitive side.

"Only if you want it to be Mullet." I stated as I charged towards him swinging my scythe at his legs.

I caught him off guard and he fell to the ground. At this point anyone could tell he was up for a battle, even though it was 3 in the morning.

He hopped up and made his way over to the large variety of weapons, selecting a red and silver sword.

We both took our ready stances, in a matter of second we were both swinging and slashing at each other. I dodged his attacks and he dodged mine.

Our weapons struck each other, we were pushing against one another. Now it was a matter of strength, I pushed hard, he pushed back harder.

I hung my head still holding my ground. "C'mon you can do this." I muttered. "You won't loose to this little mullet emo kid.".

In a few seconds the sound of metal hitting the ground silenced the room. Keith was on the ground, his sword halfway across the training deck.

I won.

A large smirk grew on my face as I let my scythe hang by my side. I held out my hand to help him up. He took it.

After Keith was on his feet once more he spoke. "Wow. Didn't think you had that in you. Good going....Ace.". He gave a slight smirk when saying my name.

"I'm gonna go hit the hay again I'm pretty exhausted, that fight wore me out." I said walking away.

"Have a good rest of your night I guess" Keith responded.

And with that I went off to bed.
