Replaced

You wake up one morning

And your world is upside down

You couldn't have imagined it days before

Yet now it's all around

You lose someone that's always there

Now there's not a sound

You took someone for granted

And you payed the price with a frown

Once filled with life

Is an empty space

A memory of what used to be

All erased

I promise you will never be
