Hi, everyone! So I hope you all like this chapter and that you comment on what you thought. I really want to see what you think.
Shirou's ears were still ringing. The explosion had almost destroyed the area where they were standing. Luckily Shirou had quickly protected them with a powerful barrier spell.
"What the hell happened?" Tony shouted.
"Shut the hell up, Stark," Shirou moaned. "The explosion already made my ears ring. Your yelling isn't helping."
Tony scoffed. "Screw you, magic man."
"Master," Medusa said, getting the attention of the bickering heroes. "Dr. Banner. He's-"
They turned towards Banner, who seemed to have gotten injured. However, that wasn't the problem. Bruce was grunting in pain, growing in size, and turning green.
"Crap," Tony said, backing away. "The explosion must have knocked Bruce out. The Hulk's in complete control."
"Rider, take Tony towards the armory," Shirou ordered. "The enemy is probably still coming to finish us off. I'll deal with the Hulk."
"You sure you can take him, Shirou?" Tony asked, looking worryingly at their slowly changing friend.
Shirou smirked. "Nothing to it." Shirou summoned a metal chain, the same kind Medusa held. He then proceeded to slash his own neck.
Tony looked horrified while Medusa looked impressed.
"Shirou!" Tony yelled.
"Hmm," Medusa examined. "I didn't realize your powers could copy that to this extent."
Tony watched in awe as the blood which had burst from Shirou's neck float in the air, moving until it forms a magic circle. An eerie picture stood in the center, and it quickly was replaced by an eye. In a flash of light, a Pegasus stood on the platform.
"Woah," Tony said. "That was freaking awesome. So, Shirou, got an explanation for that magic trick?"
The magus glared at Tony. "Shut up." The man mounted his newly summoned steed and Shirou used the chain to wrap around Bruce. "See ya!" And with that, Shirou, the Pegasus, and the Hulk flew off, looking like an arrow of light.
"Well," Tony said, "that was a thing."
Scene Break
Shirou flew at high speeds towards an uninhabited area a faraway forest. Shirou found one in the woods, finding it just in time, as the Hulk had completed his transformation.
"ROAR!!!" the gamma beast shouted, grabbing the Pegasus by the tail. Shirou retaliated by smashing the Hulk's hand with a projected mace called the Bridal Chest. Shirou then maneuvered the Pegasus to flip, throwing the Hulk to the ground.
However, the Hulk recovered quickly and ripped out a trees from the ground. He proceeded to jump at Shirou, swinging the tree at him like at baseball bat. Shirou blew the tree apart with the Bridal Chest's attack, Blasted Tree. Lightning struck the tree, incinerating it, and zapping the Hulk, sending him to the ground.
Shirou then threw away his mace and summoned a golden bridle, which wrapped itself around the Pegasus's head. The Hulk, recovering again, growled at him from the ground. Shirou snapped at the reins, causing the Pegasus to gain power. The Pegasus flew in the air, giving off the appearance of an arrow of light. Shirou rushed down, shouting out the name of the Noble Phantasm.
"Bellerophon!" Shirou shouted, slamming into the Hulk. The Hulk was thrown into a couple of trees before finally stopping. Shirou tried to attack again, but the Hulk countered by creating a shockwave by clapping. Both Shirou and the Pegasus were thrown back. Not wanting to let the Pegasus get hurt, Shirou sent it back and decided to fight on the ground. He traced Kanshou and Bakuya, and rushed at his out of control friend.
The two of the most powerful members of the Avengers clashed, the Hulk being to slow to land any blows. Unfortunately, Shirou's strikes were ineffective, as his strikes could only land minor damage. That damage was quickly healed by the Hulk's body, which Shirou deduced contained a healing factor.
'Damn,' Shirou thought. 'This is bad. His body reminds me of Spartacus, with his body being like armor and quickly regenerates. If I use Gae Bolg, I'd kill Banner. If I use Gae Buidhe, I might land to much damage. What should I do?"
More exchanges of blades and fists were made, with the Hulk managing to land a nice hit, punching Shirou through a tree.
'Fuck, that hurt,' Shirou thought. 'How am I suppose to counterattack? Wait, that's it! But will he survive.'
Shirou, switching tactics, began throwing dirks, throwing knives, at him. He spent close attention at the level of regeneration from the cuts he made. He then projected a lead ball, which floated behind him. Shirou wiped the blood off his face, and stood up. He smirked at the charging Hulk. He then said three words.
"Bring it on."
The Hulk was thirty feet away. "Answerer," Shirou said, flowing prana into the ball.
The Hulk was twenty feet away. Shirou prepared to fire.
The Hulk was ten feet away and Shirou shouted: "Fragarach!"
Shirou sent the sphere, which had transformed into a small short sword, towards the Hulk. In an instant, the Hulk had a hole in his chest, seemingly frozen in midair. The Hulk fell to the ground, where his wounds closed before too much blood could spill. The Hulk, exhausted, slowly morphed into Banner. Shirou walked towards the scientist.
"Banner," Shirou said. "Sorry. I think I overdid it."
Shirou quickly applied healing magecraft and grabbed Bruce. He teleported them back to Avengers Tower.
