Serena POV

Bang I heard the front door slam shut. I jolt awake and see sylveon lay at the end of my bed snoring. Pancham and braixen are on the computer. I check my phone 01:40 whoever it is they're pretty late. I get out of bed for a glass of water. As I exit my room I see a flash of blue and yellow go into the room across from me. I'm tempted to go and meet my new roommate but he's probably tired considering its one o clock in the morning... "Pikachu stop it! I've just tidied all of that!!" Somehow I recognise that voice but I can't remember where from... Probably just some to host I can't remember the name of. And that pikachu. Ash had a pikachu...could it be...nah, it's very very unlikely, like a 1 out of a million possibility! Anyway. I should stop getting my hopes up. It's probably just some random guy with a pikachu.

I fill up a mug with some water and head to the living room. Woah!! I tripped on some sort of to cable? I see my beloved mug of water tipped on one side and spilling slowly onto the floor. Great. Ah well I'll mop it up. Slam "oh my god are you ok?" I turn around and see... Oh my god.. It's him!! His black messy hair, shiny brown eyes, toned smooth skin... Then I realise I'm staring at him....and I'm still on the ground. "Uh, I, ash?" He's staring at me. I stare back. Pikachu comes running out happily and then sees. He looks shocked. Why- I look down and see my skirt had lifted up on the fall... "OH NO-" he realises he's staring and snaps out of it. "OH MY GOSH SORRY I DIDNT MEAN TO-" I blush and put my skirt straight.

"It's ok ash, it was my fault. No need to apologise." He is blushing and pulls pikachu over his face. I get up and pick up the mug. "Oh let me get that.." Our hands meet. I looks at ash and he looks at me. We glare at each other for what it feels like forever. "Uh- I- um-" I let go and he picks the mug up and helps me up. "Thank you.." He walks over to the kitchen and fills up the mug. I grab some paper towels and clean up the spillage. He puts the mug of water on the coffee table next to me and helps me clean it up. "So, Serena, fancy seeing you here eh?" He scratches the back of his head and laughs. "Yeah, it's weird, I can't get rid of you can I ?" We both laugh. I stand up and yawn "pretty late isn't it?" He yawns too.

I see pikachu curled up in a ball on the couch. I go over and pick him up, he nuzzles me as I carry him to ash's room. I lay him on the end of the bed and I close the door. "Pikachu's fast asleep, I put him on the end of your bed" he looks up from the tv and smiles. "Thanks Serena" I walk over to the couch and sit next to him. He looks at me and smiles. "So Serena, I thought you were going to hoenn" I have flashbacks and jolt. "Are you ok Serena?!"
"Uh- yeah sorry, it's just that hoenn wasn't that great..."
"Wasn't that great? Serena you just jolted when I said the word hoen-"
I jolt again. "Tell me everything." He holds my hand and squeezes it. "Ok..."
I sit up. He's staring into my eyes. He really cares. "Tell you what, I'll make some hot chocolate and whip up some cookies and then we can really talk, and catch up too! Whaddya say?" He gets up and holds his hand out. I take his hand and we go into the kitchen. Together. Just like we used to.
