The break up

Tessa POV
So earlier today I woke up to the sound of "GOOOOODDD MORNINGGG JAKEEE PAULERSSSSS" I really do love waking up to that because it reminds me of how blessed I am to be living where I am and who I am living with. I went to go get dressed, I didn't want to dress up today since it was kind of a rainy day. I decided to Nike leggings and my white Martinez Twins hoodie. That makes me think of how much I miss my best friends, Emilio and Ivan. Anyway, I decide to throw on some white low top vans. I wasn't feeling like putting on any make-up so I didn't. I go downstairs and see Chance lying on the couch looking at some girls instagrams but I didn't think to much of it.

Chance's POV
Today I was thinking about ending things with Tessa, it's not that I don't love her I just don't feel a connection with her and mannnn some other girls are a lot hotter than she is. I see Tessa and immediately turn off my phone as I was looking at girls in bikinis on Instagram. "Heyy Tessa I know you just woke up but I need to talk to you about something serious." Tessa sat next to me all smiley. It really breaks my heart to break up with her but I can't be with her anymore. "What's up Chance? Is everything alright sweetie?" Tessa said to me. "Well I just don't think we are working out anymore and I think we should start seeing other people and I hope we can still stay friends. I'm sorry Tessa." Tessa put her head down and said "oh ok I guess that's for the best" Wow she's so understanding!

Tessa's POV
My heart sank as Chance told me that he was breaking up with me but honestly I was quite relieved which I know is awful to say but I just didn't feel a connection. I ran up to my room because even though I was relieved I was still pretty sad. "Tessa wait! I'm sorry!!" I heard Chance say behind me. I didn't care what he had to say though. He wasn't mine anymore.

Jake's POV
I came in the house with Erika as we had just gotten back from the mall. I heard Chance "Well I don't think we are working out anymore and I think we should start seeing other people and I hope we can stay friends. I'm sorry Tessa." Erika and I looked at each other "I saw this coming" said Erika. I replied "didn't we all, I mean 'food' is a lame ass excuse for 'I'm seeing other girls behind your back." Erika nodded and went to go comfort Tessa upstairs.

Tessa POV
I decided to go upstairs and text Emilio as he always made me feel better. I wish I could hug him but since he is in Spain I can't.

~text messages~
Tessa: hey Emi :(

Emilio: hey tess what's wrong why the sad face

Tessa: welllll Chance broke up with me..

Emilio: well tess you can finally be mine right?

Is this a joke? I mean the more i think about the more I realize I've always liked him

Tessa: wdym by that emi.. I'm confused

Emilio: well since chessa is over now I must confess I've always had a crush on you ever since we met but I never told you because you were happy with chance and seeing you happy made me happy (:

Tessa: are you serious?

Emilio: Uhhhh yeah?

OMG I LOVE EMILIO IM JUST REALIZING IT NOW BUT WOW

Tessa: Emi?

Emilio: yeah tess?

Tessa: I love you

Emilio: I love you too

ERIKA POV

I see Tessa on her smiling like a goof even though she just broke up with Chance. Confusing I thought to myself. "yo Tess why are you smiling??" "well emi just told me that he loved me and I told him I love him" Tessa said to me. "Wow.... do you love him though?" "well I was thinking about and if I am being completely honest I really do love him" Tessa exclaimed. "well I guess temilio shippers will be in for a treat once Emilio gets home." I heard footsteps walking away from Tessa's open door. Who could that have been listening in on our conversation? I thought to myself.
