Nothing lasts. Nothing is long enough. Ever. We stay and wait but die out long before our 'forever' even begins. Is that foolish of us?
I really hate when people say "Life is short," and I mean yes it may seem like it but really isn't life the longest thing we know? We cannot comprehend the meaning of forever, because we do not know it and we cannot fit the meaning into our minds.
Being together 'forever' with someone is saying that we want to stay and be with you. I understand that, but I don't really. How can we say we want to shackle ourselves to a person that we claim attachment to?
How boring it all is, really nothing seems to hold interest anymore.
