Ever heard a heart break?
No?
Come I'll tell you how it sounds;
Out of all the hearts you see,
Handpick the one that's most vulnerable,
Now climb up to the heavens,
Tenderly take it out of your pocket,
Kiss it,
And drop it,
Let it smash the ground,
Hark what sound it makes,
When you stand in void,
You'll hear it crack and shatter,
The sound it makes is deafening,
Beyond human abilities,
It echoes,
The length and breadth of the universe,
Into a million pieces at a moment's notice,
And then you'll see people tread over it,
Fragmenting it into a million more,
You'll see the tiny pieces twinkling,
The sun rays kissing them,
Each full of memories,
Each signifying the trust you broke,
And every time it's crushed deeper,
You'll feel a terror creep up,
Questioning yourself each time,
What if it was your heart?
A heart that could be saved,
But you decided,
To break it.
