Daddy's little girl,
Is what they called me,
Today all I do is laugh at myself,
Because daddy is gone,
And mom,
Mom was never there,
I had nestled all,
My hope,
My trust,
My love,
In this one man,
For I knew,
That even if the world,
Turns upside down,
He'll be there,
To look after me,
But I shouldn't have expected,
So much,
Even though he was my dad,
Everyone hates me,
I was crazy to think,
He'd be any different,
Because I loved him so much,
That I now have no love left,
To give to anybody else,
And I was okay with it,
I knew he'd treasure it,
But he's stone,
And rain can never,
Wet it from the inside,
So let me wait here,
Let me drown,
I do not wish to be saved,
Because Dad's gone,
And mom,
Mom was never there.
