NATURE'S LAP

No one has time to stand and stare,
Life, is this fair?
I don't understand why people don't enjoy,
Take everything for granted and treat nature as a toy,
Busy as the people are,
From the melodies of nature they are far.
They miss the flaming sunset,
Which is the best bounty of nature I bet,
They miss the river flowing down,
Through villages, cities and towns,
They miss the magic of nature, butterflies, bees and creature,
They miss the sound of waves,
Bushy trees and lonely caves,
They miss the secrets of the whistling trees,
Which makes many souls free,
They miss the twinkling light of stars,
White waters flowing through their bars,
They miss the sun kissed beaches,
Life lessons which teaches,
But when the truth they realise,
Their face would have a big surprise,
The lap of nature gives immense pleasure,
Which no one can ever measure.
