Business trip surprise

Twenty-Seven year old Amy Rose Hedgehog was on her business trip for work looked over at the table that was next to her hotel bed and saw the picture of her, her husband Shadow the Hedgehog and their two children Scarlett and Dusk. The cherry pink hedgehog knew that she was leaving in a week but she knew that she couldn't wait a whole week to see her family; she picked up her phone and dialed her black and crimson streaked lovers number.

At the Hedgehog house, the ebony hedgehog was just about to call his Sakura colored flowers number when he saw that the caller ID on his phone was none other than the pink hedgehog herself.

"Hello?" The black and crimson streaked hedgehog said.

"Hey, Shaddy." The cherry pink hedgehog said with a happy tone.

Shadow couldn't help but have a smile on his face he was happy to hear his pink flowers voice.

"Hey, Rose. How's the business trip?" The ebony hedgehog asked.

"Good. But its quiet without y'all here." The Sakura colored hedgehog said.

"I know, we can't wait for you to come back." The black and crimson streaked hedgehog stated.

After the two hedgehogs had gotten off the phone, Scarlett and Dusk walked into the living area and over to where their dad was. The ebony hedgehog saw this and said "Hey you two, I know that your mother is on her business trip. But what do think about of the three of us going to visit her?"

The two little hedgehogs couldn't help but nod their heads and have smiles on their muzzles when their father had said that. In the morning, the ebony hedgehog got out of bed, woke up Scarlett and Dusk and after their things were packed; the three hedgehogs walked over to where the car was, put their things in the back, the ebony hedgehog buckled up his and the cherry pink hedgehogs children, got in the car, turned on the cars engine, put his seat belt on and went to the airport.

Meanwhile the pink hedgehog had just woken up she looked over at the table next to the bed and picked up her phone and saw that the time was 7:37 A.M. The cherry pink hedgehog got out of bed and once she was ready for the day, she went downstairs to the first floor of the hotel and walked over to where the breakfast area was. After she had gotten breakfast and was sitting down at one of the tables, the Sakura colored hedgehog knew that today was going to be a fun but long day at work.

"Hey, Amy!" Blaze said

"Hey, Blaze. How are you?" The pink hedgehog asked.

"Good but I can't wait to leave." Blaze explained.

"I know," the Sakura colored hedgehog stated "These two weeks are the longest weeks ever."

"Agreed."

Once the cherry pink hedgehog had finished her breakfast. She went over to where her work met and saw that the person in charge was telling everyone that they were going to go take pictures of things that were needed for their articles. After they had gotten on the bus that was parked in front of the hotel and went to where the place was located once they were there, everyone got off the bus as they did this; the Sakura colored hedgehog looked at all the pretty things that were on the island.

The cherry pink hedgehogs emerald green eyes looked over and saw that there were pink flowers, plants that were found on the island and trees that were taller than the trees that were at the house. The Sakura colored hedgehog missed her black and crimson streaked lover and their children; the pink hedgehog knew that Shadow, Scarlett and Dusk would love to come here for a vacation but the cherry pink hedgehog knew that she would see them in a week and as she did this, she continued to take pictures for the article that she had finished writing.
