A picture tells a story

Twenty-one year old Amy Rose Hedgehog was sitting on the couch in the living area with her and her husband Shadow the Hedgehogs two children. As she did this, Scarlett and Dusk looked over at one of the pictures that was in the photo album and said "Mother? Who are these two hedgehogs in the picture?"

"What picture?" The cherry pink hedgehog asked the little hedgehog sitting next to her.

"Here." Dusk said as he pointed to the one at the top.

"That's your father and I." The Sakura colored hedgehog stated as she looked at the picture of her and her black and crimson streaked lover.

"Why aren't Scarlett and I in the picture?" The little hedgehog asked with an arched brow.

"Yeah?" Scarlett said in agreement with her younger brother.

"Well, that picture was taken when we were younger." The pink hedgehog explained.

"And we were at the place where we first met." The black and crimson streaked hedgehog said as he walked over to his cherry pink flower and two children.

"Yeah, I remember like it was yesterday." The Sakura colored hedgehog said as she looked over at him with a smile on her face.

"Mother, Dusk and I want to hear the story of the picture." Scarlett stated as she and her brother waited for an answer.

The cherry pink hedgehog and the ebony hedgehog looked over at each other with hands intertwined; as they did this the two hedgehogs looked over at their children and said "Alright, it all started when your father and I were young." The pink hedgehog said

~Flashback~

Seventeen year old Amy Rose was had just walked downstairs to the first floor of the house when her ears perked up to the doorbell. Once the Sakura colored hedgehog had opened the door, she couldn't believe her emerald green eyes when she saw that it was none other than her black and crimson streaked boyfriend; the cherry pink hedgehog couldn't help but have a smile on her face as she walked over to her ebony lover.

"Hey, Shaddy." The pink hedgehog said as she wrapped her arms around him.

"Morning beautiful." The black and crimson streaked hedgehog stated as he took her hand in his.

The Sakura colored hedgehog had blush appear on her peach muzzle and asked "What are we doing today?"

"Remember where we first met?" The ebony hedgehog asked with an arched brow.

As the pink hedgehog had a puzzled look on her face; she remembered where she and the black and crimson streaked hedgehog had met, the cherry pink hedgehogs emerald green eyes looked over at him and said "Yes? Why?"

"Sorry, Rose it's a surprise." The ebony hedgehog said.

After the two hedgehogs had left the Sakura colored hedgehogs house. The black and crimson streaked hedgehog wrapped his black and crimson streaked arm around his pink flower; the cherry pink hedgehog saw this but before she could speak, the ebony hedgehog chaos controlled him and the pink hedgehog to where the place was located.

A few minutes later the Sakura colored hedgehog opened her eyes and saw that there were was a long hall that had doors that looked like they had been locked up for years. As they continued to walk down the hall, the cherry pink hedgehog knew where she and her black and crimson streaked boyfriend were and said "Shadow?"
