Prinxiety
■■■■■■■■■■

Virgil snuggled into Roman's side, the warmth making him feel safe in the gentle hold of the older trait. Roman and Virgil had grown closer, there was still a bit of arguments and fights here and there. But, there were more intimate moments between them now that their feud was coming to an end.

The old Virgil would have never admitted that he was quite fond of the creative trait. But all the banter really got in the way of his emotions. He would have never thought that one day, they would both be cuddling together. Just them enjoying each others company rather than hating it.

It felt nice. Change was never something Virgil enjoyed. He felt that it was unnecessary. Who wants to feel uncomfortable and out of place when you can feel safe and happy? This change was the best one. He finally felt like he belonged. Nothing could ruin that, he believed. He wanted to believe.

Roman was playing with the hem of Virgil's sweater, tracing out the new designs. He thought the sweater was magnificent. It represented Virgil perfectly. And it made him happy. That was all that ever mattered. He wish he told Virgil before that he mattered so much instead of putting him down.

Virgil looked up, staring into Roman's, mocha, brown eyes. They seemed to hold a small spark, like a shooting star crossing the midnight sky. Virgil had wished on a couple Thomas would see on his nightly walks. He admits that this was on of the wishes.

The more Virgil stared, the more he realized that the feelings for Roman only grew stronger everyday. And that he may in fact actually love the other. Dread would have filled him up like any other crush, but Roman wasn't another crush. Roman was more than that. Roman was different, he was special.

Patton had explained to him the difference between liking and loving someone when he was very young. He learned how you can love and then fall out of love, which is the worse. Or just like someone for one trait. He understood and he understood that what he felt was love.

Virgil felt the need to tell Roman, but he couldn't muster the courage. Thoughts ran through his mind. What if he didn't love him in that way? What if Virgil was getting too ahead of himself? He wondered if Roman could see the panic inside.

An idea manifested itself in Virgil's mind. Maybe he didn't have to tell him verbally. Just by motions. Virgil rolled up Roman's sleeves a bit. And ran his finger across the exposed skin. He felt Roman shiver behind him, he had gotten his attention.

Virgil traced a line straight down, two horizontal lines crossing in the end of the first.

I

He then traced out a straight line connecting with a horizontal one.

L

A small circle, which was quite obvious.

O

Then two diagonal lines meeting together in the middle.

V

A straight line down, two horizontal lines on the ends, with a single line coming out of the middle.

E

Virgil took a deep breath, continuing the phrase. He made another v, this time a straight line coming out of the center.

Y

Another circle.

O

And finally, an upside down arc that completed the emotion filled phrase.

U

He heard a quiet laugh from behind, making him tense immediately. But, that would soon end, as two arms snaked around his waist. He felt Roman lean his head into the crook of his neck, before leaning up to whisper in Virgil's ear, words he only wished to hear;

"I love you, too."
