We were in the school parking lot when suddenly there was a scream. Me and Jarrod look at each other and both get out. "Oh dear god help!" a woman called. Jarrod took off and I ran after him. I saw Jarrod disappear over the hill and I tried to run faster. I got over the hill and there sat a car wreck. I carefully go down the hill where Jarrod helped a woman out. Her face was bloody but she looked just fine. "My baby!" she cried "where?" I asked. She looked at the car. And there in the front window was a baby body. "I was holding her and my husband ran off the road!" the woman cried fighting Jarrod. I went to the car and there sat a man and his eyes flashed open. "Where's my wife?" he crooked. I went to his side and unbuckled him. He fell down and crawled. "Starla! Starla!" he crawled out and crawled to where she cried. "The ambulance should be here soon. I don't know what to do. " Jarrod said standing in front of me wiping his eyes. I stepped forward wrapping my arms around him. Then there were sirens.i stared at the couple who were falling apart.
Jarrod helped me out of the ditch when the ambulance came. That's when I begun to cry. "Laela, you're okay. " Jarrod put his arm around me. "A innocent baby. " I cried harder. He guided me. "You don't have to be here right now!" he Seriously said. "I want to stay with you. All day. " I hold his arms. "Okay. " He nodded. I nodded and kissed him.
"You can sit in the back boo. " Jarrod told me when everyone was gone. "Okay thanks babe. " I quietly said say walking back.
I felt someone shaking me. "yes?" I sit up. "I got you some lunch. " He helped me up. "Okay. " I nod. I stood up hugging him. He held me and kissed my cheek.
