"Laela!" I heard my name called. I got up checking Elena to make sure she was still asleep. I went down the steps and saw Jarrod. My dad was sending daggers. "Please come home. " He calmly said. "Oh me? Yea, no!" I went to him and pushed him hard. "Laela!" My dad grabbed my arm. "Laela. I'm pretty sure the cops are coming tonight. I cut Nancy off and she went crazy. " He shrugged. "I don't care." I shook my head. "You heard her now leave!" My dad said. "Please just let me see Elena one more time. " He sighed.
