Chapter Twelve

Caleb's pov.

~dream~
"Em, come here! Where are you?" I say. "No, come and find me." She replied. "It's too dark, just come on, let's get out of here" I say. I hear Emily's scream and dart towards her direction. There is blood coming from her stomach. She had been shot. She was crying and crying. "No, Em stay with me" I shouted. Another gun shot was fired from behind her and pierced her heart. I yelled. "NOO!" With that I eyes suddenly closed. "No, no, no, you can't leave me, no Emily! I love you" I cried. That's when it hit me, her heart was not beating, was was not breathing she was...dead.

~end of dream~

I woke up in sweats, dry eyes and fast breathing. Sarah came bolting through the door with worry in her eyes. "Caleb, are you ok? I heard you scream" she said. Shit. I didn't want people knowing this. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just saw a spider under my bed. But it's gone" I lied. "You sure? Your scream had so much pain to it. But if your ok I will let you get back to sleep, cya" she said. Sleep. The last thing I wanted to do was asleep. I didn't want that dream, or memory to repeat on and on again. It was already painful living that moment but now I was dreaming it.

It was 2:30am, I couldn't go to sleep. I went on my laptop and started playing games. After what seemed like hours I stopped but it was only 3:20am! I needed to stay awake for a few more hours. I headed downstairs quietly and went straight to the fridge. I grabbed a piece of chocolate cake. I made a glass of water and decided to go outside. I sat on a bench outside and admired the night sky. It wasn't pitch black though.

After I finished eating my cake I washed the plate up and went into the living room. By this time it was nearly 4am. There was a film on called p.s I love you. It was the only thing on so I started to watch it. Yes it is a romantic film but so what. Through some parts I shed a tear or so. It is quite a sad film and sweet. After the film finished it was 5:30am, god what to do now. I headed to my room and decided to attempt to sleep for a little bit. I pulled me cover over myself and slumped down into y pillow. I closed my eyes. Praying I wouldn't have another nightmare about Emily.

Sarah's pov

When I woke up the first time today Caleb woke me up with a scream. It was saddening to see him lie to me but I guess all in good time he will tell me. So I headed back to sleep. Now it's 10am and I am fully awake. With Andrew beside me, just how I love it. I got out of bed only to be pulled back in my a stronger force. "Baby. Stay in bed" Andrew said sleepily. I laughed. "Do you want me stinking for the whole day?" I asked. "No, you do smell" laughed and let me go.

I hoped into the shower, washed my hair and then got out 20 minutes later. I decided to wear, blue jeans with a purple vest top and a white cardigan finished off with brown sandles. I walked into the bedroom to find Andrew still in bed. "Andrew, time to get up" I said. He moaned. "Get up now sleepy boy or else" I threatened. He just snuggled in more. I walked into the bathroom, found a cup, filled it with water. I walk back into the bedroom and throw it over Andrew."

"SARAH!" He shouted playfully. "Yes dear" I said poshly. I was hiding in the bathroom at this point but by the sound of his pounding in the door it would break any second. "I need to have a shower!" He said. On full alert I opened the door and peeked through. He wasn't there. I walked out carefully, then Andrew comes up behind me and starts tickling me. I burst into laughter. "An...d..rew! STT ...OOPP!" I shout still laughing. After a few minutes he stops and goes and has a shower.

I sit on the bed and wait for him. After about 10 minutes he comes out in just a towel covering his lower half. I blush and look away. Andrew notices and comes stands in front of me. "Like what you see babe?" He asked smartly. "Uhh. Uhh" I shudder he smirks and goes to get ready. Damn his body is too hot. He has 6 pack and everything. I just didn't want to think about what was underneath the towel. Even trying not to think made me blush. Andrew came out minutes later and he saw I was still blushing. He smiles. "Darn your a cutie when you blush" he said. We walk downstairs.

For breakfast Andrew decides to make scrabbled egg and toast. Yummy. After I finished that me and Andrew called everyone, everyone meaning the gang downstairs. He fed them as well. "So anyone up for a game of hide and seek" Andrew asked. Everyone agreed. Carrie, Matt and Caleb were the seekers and the rest of us had to hide. I ran upstairs and tried to find somewhere to hide. I walked into a random room and hid in their wardrobe. I waited for at least 20 minutes before they mind linked us saying that they give up and can't find me.

I walked out of the room and headed downstairs. They were all down there waiting for me. "Wow, your a good hider" Carrie said. "Thanks" I smiled. We played another game and it was me, Andrew and Matt finding them. It took me about 3 minutes to find Caleb, he was hiding behind a piano. Then I found Katie who was hiding under a bed. Then Andrew found George and Matt found Carrie. "God I'm exhausted!" I exclaimed. Everyone aughts and shook their heads in agreement.

We decided to stick a pizza on for lunch. It was a meat feast! My favourite. We were watching man vs food while we were eating our pizza. It started to be a race to who could eat the most pizza slices. Haha. To be honest I came second. 1st was Matt he ate 5. And these slices were large! I ate 4, Andrew, Carrie and Caleb eat 3 and George and Katie ate 2.

After that me and Andrew headed for a walk outside. We were holding hands and everything. We came to a beautiful waterfall with a light pink bench next to it. We sat down and admired the beauty of the waterfall. I took of my cardigan and jeans and jumped into the waterful. It was so lovely. The water was so fresh and clean. "Come in Andrew it's so nice" he took he's jeans and too off and and jumped in. We swam around for a bit. About 30 minutes later we got out and dried off a bit.

I was squeezing the water out of my hair when Andrew stands in front of me. He then bends one me and he kneeled in front of me. He brings out a small box. No, I though I can't get married. Not yet. He opens the box and to my surprise there isn't a ring in it. There is a piece of paper which reads

Sarah.
Will you go out with me?
Tick yes or no
Yes - ✔️
No-

I was nearly in tears. He gave me a pen and I ticked yes. So Andrew is now my boyfriend. Wow!
