"I can show you how to change..." Theo offered standing behind me, my back was still to him while I tried to process what was happening. I turned to look at him seeing his smile perched onto his face, a smile I've seen too many times and it could mean good or bad.
"And why would I let you help me?" I asked a bit coldly turning back to him and I could see his blue grey eyes harden a bit.
"Look I know you don't trust me but for some reason you brought me back. It may be because of Stiles but I think it is because you need someone who knows what you are going through. Someone who has been through this and someone who can show you how to do this. As much as you don't like it the only person you got is me." Theo exclaimed I bit down on my tongue for a moment, he was right and I sighed with defeat.

"Fine but if you try anything I will put you back where I found you. You got that Raeken?" I hissed flashing my red eyes at him which I watched him swallow sharply before giving me a nod. My eyes returned to normal and I loosened my grip. "Okay what do I have to do?"
"Well first you need to relax and allow your wolf to surface. You have to find her, you have to connect to her and allow her in. When you do that you will feel your heart will race and your blood will boil...." Theo began I sat down on the small step near the entrance of my Loft.
"That is the easy steps. The actual shift is a lot more painful. Your bones will start to snap in order to realign in the form of the wolf and your skin will begin to rip from you. It will be excruciating but once you do it then the next time you shift it will be like nothing. Just a piece of advice if you like what you are wearing I would remove them because your clothes will be destroyed during the change." Theo explained my gaze went hard, I knew that when you returned to your human form you would be naked but I knew it would be awkward to be naked with Theo here.
