I felt so bad because pushing you guys for votes isn't going to do anything, because this book is only written for fun. Yes, the votes make me update faster but, overall the votes don't really mean anything, the loyal people who read and vote for my story and even comment, they're whom give me the courage to write.

On with the story, sorry for the rant

Chapter 23 ;

When we finished the dishes, I headed upstairs toward my room, my fingers caressing my phone and all my brain would let me think of was texting, calling, facebook messaging, something, any type of contact with a certain person.

To terminate anymore thoughts I have of trying to contact him, I power off my phone and put it in the drawer of my desk

"What to do? What to do?" I whisper to myself tapping my foot on the floor

I layed down on my bed, at first just to think of stuff then I drifted off to sleep, dreaming of a certain dirty blonde with a perfect pearly smile.

-*-

I sat up and yawned loudly sitting up from the bed, the blanket now all crumpled, and so are the sheets. Gosh, I am some terrible sleeper.

Walking up to the desk I take out the phone and await for it to power on. Once its powered on, its ringtone goes off like crazy, You and I blasting through my phones speaker indicating that it was a specific someone whom texted or called me.

But then, the original phones ringtone sounded, indicating that it was a notification from an unknown number, I immediately checked it, and it had a tect from an unknow number

'Hi' was what appeared on my screen

'Who's this?' I responded and went back to Aidens messages while I waited for the stranger to reply

I scrolled down and all I could see was messages like ;

'Hey'

'Babe'

'Baby'

'ILoveYou'

'IMissYou'

'Please come home my love'

The phones notification for strange numbers sounded and I pressed the message almost immediately to read it

'I knew you'd answer to the private message, it's me babe, please come back home I miss you'

The message pricks at my nerves and I can't help but send one back, pressing incredibly rough and hard on my phone, I type a message to him

'Well I'd still be home if it weren't for you........I can't do this, not right now. Definitely not over text message" I type and don't even wait for another text, I power off my phone and instead decide to admire the accessories that my dad bought me, but out of them all, the one that I could tell, in the future will most definitely hold the most sentimental value, is gonna be the Pandora bracelet he bought me.

"What'cha doing pumkin?" A voice behind me startles me, I jump and turn to find my dad, but I really don't know what to call him. Jacob? daddy? what does he even want me to call him?

"Heyyyyy" I stretch out the word

"Need anything?" He smiles toward me

"Nope, but if you want, we could.... talk I guess, yeah?"

He smiles, his eyes full of hope, as he walks toward my bed, facing me while I sit on the teal swirly chairs, he sits on top of the hot pink comforter I changed my bed into just this morning.
