The weeks flew by and before the 13 boys knew it, it was almost Halloween. However, Seungcheol had never failed to show up at the café every Monday and tried to talk to Jihoon. Seokmin and Jisoo tried not to be roped into their conversation because they just wanted to two to stop being so awkward. Now, the two were better friends and Seungcheol could comfortably have skinship with Jihoon, like how he did with the others. Eleven of them were crammed into Jeonghan, Seungcheol, and Wonwoo's living room. Jisoo and Jeonghan were supposed to be back from a dinner out with Jisoo's parents, which may or may not go well. But the eleven were talking about a Halloween party their classmate, Jungkook, invited them to.
"Hansol!!! Let's do a couple costume! It'll be cute, pleaseeeeeeeeeee," Seungkwan pulled out aegyo for his boyfriend, knowing that he would say yes.
"Why? Everybody knows we're together," Hansol put an arm around Seungkwan.
"I see how it is. We should start setting up boundaries," Seungkwan faced the other way and folded his arms.
"Aish, fine," Hansol sighed, not wanting to upset the other.
"Okay, we should dress up as each other. I can dress up as you and you can dress up like me," Seungkwan smiled brightly.
"What's the point then? Who can tell the difference?" Soonyoung asked, looking up from his phone.
"But we can and then we can tell others that we dressed up as each other and it's cute. Plus, you're one of our best friends so technically shouldn't you be able to tell the difference between us?" Seungkwan switched from cute to sassy in 0.04 seconds.
"Fine, fine, fine, whatever you want," Soonyoung rolled his eyes.
"I want to be Harry Potter," Seokmin told Soonyoung. Soonyoung smiled and said, "Okay."
"You should be Ron because your hair is already orange," Seokmin laughed and Soonyoung rolled his eyes.
"It's not my fault. You dared me and we were drunk," Soonyoung pushed the other lightly.
"Yeah, yeah, will you do it?" Seokmin leaned his head on Soonyoung's shoulder, hoping to win the other over.
"Fineee," Soonyoung sighed dramatically and Seokmin, once again pushed him. The eleven were talking amongst each other while Seungcheol and Jihoon sat quietly next to each other as the others decided on their costume. Minghao wanted to be The Little Prince and Junhui chose to be a pirate. Wonwoo wanted to be Jacob Black and Mingyu chose to be a vampire.
"Eh, what the hell, I'll be an elementary student, who cares," Chan shrugged and went on his phone.
"What do you want to be?" Jihoon asked Seungcheol, which was one of the first times that Jihoon initiated conversation first.
"I was thinking Edward Scissorhands. I always loved the movie. Tim Burton is a genius and the storyline is really unique," Seunghcheol responded, wearing a grey hoodie with his fluffy black hair hanging over his eyes a bit. Jihoon couldn't help but sweep the hair out of Seungcheol's eyes before realizing what he was doing. He quickly moved his hands away and he brought his sweater paws to his face to hide his blush.
"Jihoon?" Seungcheol tilted his head before they all heard the front door close. Jeonghan and Jisoo came in looking very tired and both of them dressed up. Jisoo was wearing black pants with a white button up and a cardigan. While Jeonghan was wearing a blue button up shirt, navy pants, a blazer, and a bow tie.
"Hyung! What will you be going as to Jungkook's Halloween thing?" Chan asked Jeonghan, who treated him like a baby and called him Jeonghan hyung's baby. Jeonghan smiled tiredly and said, "I don't know yet, maybe a male Harley Quinn?"
