Junhui looked over at Mingyu and Wonwoo with the flowers in one hand.
"Well, what are we going to do now? We need to go to the hospital, but I need to make it up with Minghao," Junhui sighed.
"Uhhh, let's buy another bouquet for Jeonghan. Maybe try tonight? I don't know? Wait, pushed Jeonghan?" Wonwoo was still processing things.
"What the fuck is our friend group even?" Mingyu sighed, running a hand through his hair.
"What else happened?" Wonwoo asked, scanning the flowers for orchids
"Well, Jihoon's gay or bi. I don't know. He liked a girl a long time ago," Mingyu said nonchalantly.
"What?" Junhui turned around all of a sudden, almost knocking over a decoration.
"Well, we were trying to get him together with Seungcheol, so that makes sense. I may or may not have walked in on the two making out on my couch," Wonoo muttered, finally finding the orchids and pointing to them for the florist to arrange them.
"WHAT?!" Junhui and Mingyu grabbed at Wonwoo.
"I didn't tell you? Well, I thought they left the TV on and I walked in and Seungcheol was, like straddling Jihoon and...," Wonwoo trailed off.
"Okay, we don't need to know the rest," Junhui looked scarred.
"Don't act like that. We all know you've done worse," Mingyu elbowed the boy.
"I mean, you're not wrong," Junhui winked as Wonwoo went up and paid for the orchids.
"You slimy, disgusting child," Mingyu rolled his eyes as they walked out.
"Seungcheol, can we come by the hospital?" Wonwoo asked after calling Seungcheol.
"Uh, maybe later. So far, they say it's nothing major. He's getting an X-ray right now," Seungcheol said, sounding tired.
"Okay, text us when there are updates," Wonwoo responded before hanging up. They went to lunch afterwards. Junhui got a call from Hansol.
"WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU?! YOUR SO CALLED BOYFRIEND IS GOING BATSHIT CRAZY. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU GET YOUR ASS HERE RIGHT NOW," Hansol screamed into the phone before hanging up. Junhui quickly stood up.
"Dude, what are you doing?" Wonwoo asked, staring at him.
"I gotta go," Junhui said, grabbing the flowers and running out the door. He had gotten Minghao birds of paradise. He remembered Minghao saying that his assignment was about exotic colors, so he thought it might inspire him. He ran the five blocks from the restaurant to the apartment. He jammed the button on the elevator and ran to the apartment, throwing open the door.
"What's going on?" Junhui asked, scared of what Minghao was doing to himself.
"He locked himself inside," Seungkwan whispered to him with Hansol staring out the window, like he had seen some shit.
"What the hell happened?" Junhui whispered harshly.
"I don't know. We just heard some shit being thrown and screaming, then the door slammed closed," Seungkwan whispered back. Junhui nodded and went up the Minghao's bedroom door. Seungkwan took that as a signal to leave, dragging Hansol behind him.
"Minghao?" Junhui asked cautiously. No one replied.
"Are you okay?" Junhui put his hand on the door knob. No response.
"Can you unlock the door? Please? Please," Junhui closed his eyes and hoped Minghao would reply. After a couple minutes that felt like hours, Minghao replied.
