A Little Change (JaDine SciFi/Comedy)

01 Sam's POV

AN: okay, so this is an old Jpop fic of mine and i wanna try converting it to a JaDine feat. S&G fic. lol.
little background: i followed idols who were in high school then. in Japan there's this school which had an exclusive section for actors and other celebrities so my idols were actually classmates in real life. so that's the setting here. they're already celebrities but are still in high school and are classmates. (btw, high schoolers in Japan are age 16-18).

Second Period. Science. Sir Mauricio.

The topic is really interesting. Everyone is listening to sensei.

Not.

Honestly, I'm super bored..

It's not really the subject. It's more of the teacher.

He just drone on and on, ignoring his students. It's like he's talking to the blackboard.

Kiana and Debbie are chatting at my left. Andrea is looking out the window at my right.

James, though I can't see him cause he's right at my back, is surely sleeping. He always does. Him and Henz. And they sit side by side.

It's surprising our teacher doesn't notice them, or maybe Sir just doesn't bother with them.

Some of our classmates were trying to listen. Ivan was staring right at sensei. Ishii, too, though he's now yawning. Lauren is following Sir with her book and beside her, Nadine was actually taking notes.

"Aw!" I heard James exclaim.

I looked back. Mike just poked him with his ballpen.

"What was that for?" He whispered angrily.

"I'm bored." Mike said and then he went and poke Henz as well.

"Ouch!"

"Do something before I die of boredom." Mike said.

I placed my hand on James's desk to get their attention.

"Save me as well, I'm dying." I said. And that wasn't very much an exaggeration.

"Shhh!"

It was Nadine. Ever the responsible class officer.

We just smiled sheepishly at her.

After a while, the four of us started talking again.

Just random things.

And then Mike started immitating Sir Mauricio.

It was very accurate, it was hard stifling our laughters.

Nadine has directed another glare at us, but it was left unnotice by the others because it was just too entertaining.

Sir Mauricio is very intelligent. Really, he's a genius but then... he's... well, he's weird. He has these strange mannerisms and he always talks about--even though no one is really listening-- he talks about his 'inventions.'

Seems he thinks himself as a 'mad scientist.'

He's mad alright, but I'm not sure about the scientist part.

And finally, finally, the bell rang.

Our other classmates started moving then, as if woken from a nap, and others literally woken from a nap.

Sir Mauricio had said our homework for that day amidst the chattering students. And then he called for Nadine and Ishii to help him bring the projector and laptop back to the faculty room.
