Meanwhile soarin and spike headed to the dance floor as they started to dance they also saw some girls who were pretty good at dancing to the music. As the got closer to them they became memorized by how beautiful they were, as soarin wouldn't stope looking at the girl with rainbow hair, cyan blue skin, magenta eyes, and a gold colored dress with a rainbow pattern. While spike wouldn't stop staring at the girl beside her for she had  beautiful straw colored hair, orange skin, green eyes that match his own, and a yellow and green dress that matched her hair and eyes.

They were both entranced by those two girls so they stopped dancing and walked over to talk to them. But before they could reach them they walked off to a table near the buffet table with the ice cold blood punch. So they went over and soarin was the first one to speak and said,"Hello ladies mind if we sit here?". "Eh sure way not", said rainbow dash as she took a sip of her blood punch, and once the boys sat down they started to make a conversation "So you guys can dance huh",said spike. "Yeah what's it to ya?", questioned applejack as he looked at the to boys in front of her with a questionable look in her eyes, "Well we just wanna see if you guys would like to do a little challenge with us",soarin said with a smirk as he saw that the girls were getting interested. "What kind of challenge",said rainbow dash getting more and more excited  (cause we all know rainbow dash loves challenges), "How about a dance challenge boys vs girls",said spike with a smile.

"It's sounds good to me lets do this!", rainbow dash as her fist went into the air, "Well since were about to have an amazing dance competition, we'd like to know what your names are", said applejack as they all headed to the middle of dance floor. "Sure, why not my name's soarin and this is spike", exclaimed soarin as they finally made it to the middle of the dance floor. "Okay since you now know our names we'd like to know yours", said spike as they went into position to dance, "Sure I'm applejack and this rainbow dash pleased to meet ya", exclaimed applejack as she and rainbow held out their hands for a hand shake(once the boys caught on to there gesture anyway). After they shook hands a new song was coming on and they started to their dance battle.
