Chapter four

While the girls were having fun dancing, eating, and socializing the boys weren't doing so well...

The boys were having a hard time getting discord out of his room since he refuses to leave and to make his point he literally chained  himself to his bed. While while the boys tried to find keys to open the lock while others were trying to pull him out of the chains. Until spike found a bobypin put it in the lock and finally unlocked the chains. "Finally now come on discord we gotta head down to the party", said soarin as he pulled discord off his bed, "No I'm not going and you can't make me!", yelled discord as he held on to the legs of the bed. "Come on discord just three months ago you were so excited for the ball!", said spike as he helped soarin pull discord up, "Yeah discord it was your idea for this ball to have you choose a bride", exclaimed cheese as they finally pulled him off the legs of his bed.

"Come on guys lets get discord ready so we can finally party", said fancy pants as he grabbed discord's suit for the blood moon ball. "No I changed my mind I don't wanna get married!", discord pleaded as the boys pushed him into his dressing room, "Oh no discord your gonna do this whether you like it or not ", said flash as he locked the door. "Come on guys let me out please!", discord pleaded again as he banged on the door, "Oh we'll let you out once you put on your clothes for the ball", said spike as he put his ear to the door to listen to what he's saying. "Then I refuse to get dressed", discord said sternly behind the door, "Come on discord thanks to you were missing the party!", cheese wined. "Sorry cheese you don't have to wait on me to go to the party", said discord as he sat down on the floor of his dressing room, the boys tried to think of a way to get discord out of his room and finally go to the ball.

No one could think of a way to get discord out of his room and finally get him to go to the ball. Until flash and fancy pants thought of a plan to get discord to the ball it was crazy to think he might buy it but it just might work. "Well discord your right guess you can't go to the ball?", flash started to say, "Yes, you are quite right flash I had a feeling he might actually go through with it but it doesn't seem like he will since he too chicken to do it", fancy pants said with a hint of slyness which went unknowingly to discord and the rest of the guys except for flash. "Chicken! Who are you calling chicken!", said discord as he said this angrily through his closet door, then the rest of the boys then realized what fancy pants and flash were trying to do so they decided to play along starting with soarin. "You know fancy pant is right you are a chicken if you can't handle going to a ball full of a bunch of girls", said soarin as he had a sly grin on his face and it was a good thing discord didn't see that or he would've saw through their plan to get him into the ball.

After soarin went it was cheese's turn, "Yeah you guys are right if discord can't handle being in a room full of girls then he's a big chicken", said cheese as he had a cheesey grin on his face. "I ain't no chicken", discord growled angrily through the door, "Yes you are if you can't handle one simple ball",said spike as he had a wide grin on his face to contain his laughter while imaging the look on discord's face. "I said I ain't no chicken", discord repeated along with the gnashing of his teeth, "Oh yeah then prove it",said fancy pants as he folded his arms. That was when discord made a sigh of defeat  and gave in saying, "Oh fine you win I'll go to the ball". 'YES' the boys cheered as their plan worked, and as they rejoiced discord started putting on his suite until he finally said, "Alright guys I'm done so get me out of here!". And as he said that fancy pants came over to the door to unlock it, while the boys garded the door to the outside so discord wouldn't escape.

Once fancy pants opened the door discord slowly walked out all dressed up like he promised. When the boys saw him they cheered once more as they finally got discord to get dressed. And as they left discord said,"Please could you guys promise me that you guys will at least stay close to me just for a little while", and as he said this the guys chuckled. "Of course discord",said flash as they all started to walk down the hall, "Yeah like were gonna leave ya alone while thousands of single women are swarming not on my watch! And with that the boys opened the door into the ball room.
