My Hero

I walked into class, and took a seat next to Emma.

"Ms Lee is running late, I don't even know if she is going to come to class, it's been 20 minutes since the class is meant to star-"

Emma was cut off by Ms Lee's voice.

"Sorry students, I was up at senior school and lost track of time". She explained

"Today is a new day , because we are starting our new topic, Algebra."

"Also, new seating plan" Ms Lee said with a huge smile.

Ms Lee loves moving us and organises seating plans, she says its fun to see our faces when we are put next to someone that we do not enjoy the company of. I wasn't listening until I heard, Emma's name.

"Emma, your next to John Stone".

Emma groaned, I know how much she hates John. John has had a crush on Emma for as long as I have had a crush on Nathan. Emma sat down and looked over at John in disgust.

"he..y..yy Emm..aaa" John said while his glasses were slipping down his nose.

I do feel for Emma though, John is actually very gross when it comes to hygiene, other then that he can be a very nice person.

"hi...." Emma said in return

She gave the look, the look that says, I hate Ms Lee, the look that says kill me now.

I laughed to myself, as much as I love her, I just love seeing her in pain. I know that sounds mean but it's true, it's also very funny to watch her. Emma shifted to the edge of her seat so she doesn't make contact with John. Then I heard my name.

"Brooklyn Mary, you will be seated next to Nathan Hudson".

I froze. 

"Shit" I whispered to myself

There were a million thoughts running through my brain.

 "Great!, now I have to sit next to him".

" Do I smell?" I wondered.

 "AHHHHHHHHHHHH". 

"Breathe Brook".

 However my thoughts were soon interrupted by Ms Lee.

"Well, Ms Mary, please take your time to take your seat and leave the whole class waiting" She said in a sarcastic tone.

I, then realised that I was the only standing at the back of the class. I quickly woke up from my little daydream and took my seat next to Nathan. As I sat down, I smelt something really nice, it smelt manly and like roses, I then looked at Nathan and realised that it was him.

 Great, I said to myself, now its going to harder to concentrate in class.

"Ok, class please complete the exercises on page 146" Ms Lee said after explaining the new concepts on the board.

I reached for my textbook, but then realised that I had left it in my bag. I put my hand up.

"Yes Brooklyn" Ms Lee said in a soft tone

"I left my textbook in my bag, can I quickly go get it?" I asked

"No, just share with Nathan"

"Nathan, please share with Ms Mary"

"Sure." Nathan said with a soft tone

Can I just take a moment to just say his voice is amazing! . He just sounds so gentle, sometimes I just want record his voice and play it every night on replay, I finally woke up from my creepy daydream at the sound of my name.
