Waking Up Together

The world was quiet as Y/N and Isaac as they lay together in the early hours of the morning. The sun was just beginning to peek out over the horizon and the first signs of life were beginning to show. A few birds began to sing their sweet morning melodies and if they listened hard enough they would hear the few cars moving swiftly down the street. Y/N liked to sleep with the window open and feel the cool breeze sweep across the room, watching the tulle curtains sway with every gust.

Y/N's head lay gently on Isaac's chest having not moved an inch from the night before when the sound of his heart softly lulled her to sleep. Her eyes were still closed and her breath even as she milked the last moments of sleep from the night. Isaac's eyes were opened but only just; his fingers traced circles lightly on his partner's bare back as he waited for their alarm to sound for them to start their day. He listened to the ticking of the clock in the other room and the sound of her beating heart until the alarm went off. When it did he quickly reached over to shut it off and began to gently rouse Y/N from her sleep.

He rubbed her back and kissed her head then whispered in her ear. "Sweetheart it's time to get up."

"Mmmmmm no."

"Mmmmmm yes. There's work to do and a day to start."

"But I don't wanna."

"Wake up." Isaac said, kissing her right cheek. "Wake Up." He left a sloppy kiss her on left cheek. "Wake up." Finally he kissed her lips and when he pulled away her eye flutted up. "There are those beautiful eyes." He said with a gasp.

"Suck up." Y/N laughed before pulling him in for another kiss. When the two pulled away with smiles on their faces she spoke again. "Alright I'm up, but I don't wanna be."

Isaac chuckled and laid back, pulling her too his chest. "You never do baby, and that's just one of the things I love about you."
