"Gabriella will you stop running around this living room and sit down." I say sternly. I made the mistake of falling asleep earlier and she got her hands on the jar of cookies now she running wild.

"Sorry mommy." She says batting her eye lashes.

She knows how to get her way out of a situation all she has to do is bat her pretty hazel eyes. "That's the last time I'm telling you after that there will be consequences.".

"Okay mommy." She sits down on the carpet and watch television.

I get back to organizing my bills and mail. Being that I moved into a bigger house the bills are way more expensive and with Gabriella being in gymnastics I have to be on top of all of this. My phone rings it's an unknown number.

"Yes ?" I answer the phone.

"Hey Tatyana its Chris." The voice I used to love waking up to; now I cringe when I hear it says.

"Well. You finally decided to bless us with a call when are you coming ?" I ask.

"Can I come in the next few hours?".

"Listen you better come or I will take you to court and get this shit figured out. I will send you the address when we get off the phone; if you don't come I will personally hurt you." And with that said I hang up on him.

My daughter looks like both of us but more like Chris. I hate to hurt my daughter when I tell her he is coming she is going to be so happy but if this good for nothing nigga doesn't show he'll just crush her.

"Who was that ?" She ask.

"Nobody little girl continue watching television. You want your snack now or later ?".

"Now please.".

"Okay I'll be back." I get up from my spot off the couch. After washing my hands I grab some fruits from the fridge, peanut butter and wheat bread slices. I try to make sure she eats healthy especially with her doing gymnastics.

My phone rings I slide the answer bar after seeing the name that appeared. "Hey." I sing.

"What you up too?".

"Making Gabby a snack. You?".

"Just got out a meeting about to get some lunch I was thinking I could come over after work we can lay back watch whatever sappy movie you want to watch." He says.

"That sounds like a great plan I'd love that." I say with a smile on my face.

"Cool see you later beautiful.".

"Bye Tre." I hang up.

I place her food on the table then grab her favorite Pocahontas cup fill it with some chocolate milk. "Gabriella are you ready to eat?".

"Yeah!" She yells running to the kitchen. "Thank you mommy." She smiles.

"You're welcome princess enjoy your food."

The door bell goes off hopefully it Chris. "I'll be there in a moment !" I yell. Finally making it to the front I look through the security camera screen first then open the door.

"Well hello Chris. I haven't seen you in a while come on in." I say opening the door all the way.

"I'm really sorry about that Tatyana shit just been crazy for me. Where's my baby girl at?".

"Look whatever you had going on better put in the past, she's going to want to see you at least once a week so better make that happen or I'll make it my business to hurt you." I say.

"I will.".

"Go to the kitchen." I say pointing towards it.

Gabriella screams seeing her father. "Daddy! I missed you!" She says.

Knowing my child she is crying right now while being all up in his face. I smile knowing my daughter is happy.

"Mommy can I show daddy my swing set?" She ask.

"Yeah baby go ahead.".

"I love you mommy." She kisses my cheeks

"Mommy loves you too princess.".

Who would've though Chris would've turned out like this. I know he love his daughter but he sure as hell isn't acting like it. It's crazy how life changes. After all that mess that happened with Jr and Cay then me going out with Chris and still end up having feeing for Jr it fucked me up mentally. Then Jordan ass was any better.

I can't blame anyone for that shit but me, I could've picked better men but then again you never know what they're like till they show their true colors. I was so upset at the world after Jordan cheated on I thought I wouldn't ever be good enough for a man. I've learned so much about myself and changed so much about myself I'm proud I had a therapist who could help me see the light.

Cay really was like fucked all of us and moved on but I hope her and Jay are good.

Time is flying by it's been three hours since Chris been here Gabby is really enjoy this. She is going to be worn out after this all I have to do is give her a shower and brush her teeth and she is out.

"I hate to ruin the moment guys by Gabriella you need to get cleaned up and eat dinner before bed time." I say.

"I'm not hungry mommy can I play for ten more minutes please!" She pleads.

"Fine ten minutes but you will be putting something in that belly before bed time." I say going back in. Soon as I'm about to sit down there's a knock at the door.

"Yeah?" I shout.

"Open the door woman." Trevor voice shouts.

"Rude much." I mutter.

I open the door and start laughing he went all out for tonight. "You even got pizza and wine what can go wrong!".

"I'm guessing you don't see the flowers." He laughs.

"I do they are beautiful." I kiss him.

"I see his car out how it going for them?".

"Gabby is having a blast! She talking she isn't hungry but once she come in she going to be like mommy can I get a slice?." I say.

"I'm glad she having a good time. He better come back after this.".

"Agreed.".

"Let me put this stuff in the kitchen I'll be back.".

"Alright cool I'm going to go shower and stuff.".
