"Knock, Knock."

"Damn your back alrea-" T begins to say until he looks at Caliyah and Jayden. "What's up man! Cay who pretty lil girl this is?" Jayden runs to him and jumps into his arms hugging him. "Uncle T!" Jayden says.

"I thought you forget all about me."

Jayden laughs, "Nope."

"Mommy is that our uncle?" Caliyah whispers. "Yes it is. That's your daddy's brother." I whisper back. "Well hey pretty girl." T says getting to her level. "Hey."

"Cay this who I'm thinking..."

"Yes. Tell your uncle your name."

"I'm Caliyah."

"Wow you so pretty."

"Thank you uncle T." She says. T breaks into the biggest smile. "You're twin cousins are going to love y'all. Wait till Kim comes back with the girls."

"Where did everyone go?"

"The girls had school and Tia and the twins went out of town to go visit Tia family and all that. So it'll be just us here for a bit."

"Oh okay. Y'all go pick a room and sit your stuff down."

"The grandkids room straight back, down the hall. It's bunk beds in there too." They walk in that direction.

"Cay now you know I'm about to get on you."

"I know T."

"Why you ain't say nothing? You thought you was just gone come down here and slide her in like we wouldn't notice she looks exactly like you with Jr eyes and lips."

"It was wrong of me to keep them away like that but all that is changing starting now."

"Damn I can't believe it. Does anyone know about her?"

"Nah, no one knows."

"Cayyyy come on now."

"Yeah I know T." I laugh, "I've been saying the same thing since I came the first time."

"I outta fight you... Jr gone have a damn stroke when he find out." I kind of smile. "He asks about Jayden all the time." T says. "Forreal?"

"Uhm mhm."

"Mommy we're hungry." Caliyah says. "Me too." T says.

"Wanna go eat?"

"Yes." Jayden, Caliyah, and T says.

We leave out the house and head to eat. It's still early in the day so we should make it to the hospital before visiting hours are over. I know mama is going to be so happy to see Jayden and meet Caliyah. Although I'm still feeling a bit on edge about everything, I keep telling myself everything will be fine.

"Jayden you play any sports?" T asks. "Not yet. I'll play basketball."

"You tall enough for it. Cay get that boy in a lil league."

"I've been looking into it. He's talked about doing football too."

"I wanna dance." Caliyah adds in. "You can dance?" T asks smiling. "Yeah I'm good at it too."

"You would think she was 10 instead of 4." T whispers to me. "Oh she's smart as ever. They're talking about her going straight to kindergarten next year. She's been tested at her daycare, she's definitely gifted."

"She had to get all the smarts from you cuz Jr crazy self."

"How do you like my dad being your brother?" Jayden asks. "It's cool. He use to like basketball a really long time ago until he discovered he sucked at it." Caliyah and Jayden begin to giggle. "I meant to say till he discovered he was bad at it."
