Nightmare That Haunts Me

Chloe's POV

"Listen up. Next week we'll be going on a year 12 camp, for recognition of almost completing high school. Exciting huh? Well just remember to start packing and we're going on Monday to Thursday. First, we need to choose our tent partners. So come up here and write down the people you want in your tent" Mr Ivan announced.

Everyone immediately got up from their chairs and rushed over.

"Hey Xavier! Wanna be partners?" I turned around, only to see two people staring angrily at each other.

"Ace, I asked her first"

"No Tyler, I did, right Xavier?" Ace turned to me with a hopeful smile and so did Tyler.

"Um, well, uh."

"Look what you just did, you just put him on the spot. Don't you already know who he wants as a partner?" Tyler gave a cheeky smirk and turned to me.

"Right? Wanna be my partner?"

"Why do we have to be together!" my cute pookie bear whined.

"What! Of course I would have to be there, I mean what if something inappropriate happens? Who knows?" Ace raised his eyebrows, believing that he had won the argument.

"What an inappropriate little brain you have" Tyler said as he nudged Ace's 'little brain'.

"Wha-" Tyler walked off before Ace got to say anything, having the last say.

"Let's go" he said, tilting his head towards the door.

"Okay."

As our school disappeared from sight, I yanked off my wig and took out my piercings.

"That's better" said Tyler, as he watched me transform.

"Wanna go shopping, for the camp?" I asked.

"Ah, sure."

'Kingston's Shopping Centre' was the name of this large shopping centre. The automatic doors opened as our hands swung towards it.

The smell of food surrounded my nose and I began to drool.

"Haha, close your mouth Chloe, we'll come back to get food later" his grin made me blushed and we continued to walk through the stores filled with clothes.

My eyes scanned each and every store, looking for something to buy for camp.

A few moments later

"Woah, look at this look at this, how pretty~" I exclaimed, excited about seeing that gorgeous dress. It was a long silky dress that fell to the ground and along the side was a slit, which exposed a little bit of the wearer's legs. This dress had a long v-neck and was completely backless and its colour was light pink.

"You should try it, Chloe, I'll wait out here."

"Are you sure?"

He nodded and that was the start of us losing the real purpose for shopping today.

Oops, I guess we're no longer shopping for camp.

The comfort that I felt as soon as I sat down, made me become extremely relaxed.

I waited patiently to see what Chloe would look like in that dress. She had been gawking at it and when I realized, I gave her the 'okay' sign to her check it out.
