I woke up to music playing throughout the neighborhood. Today is the day. Shane and Joey are now going to be married.

Shane and Joey both took their own cars. I rode with Joey. We talked about small things on our way there. We arrived at a church and he started to look very nervous. Almost like he has a secret of his own but I doubt it.

Joey and I hopped out of the car and walked inside. There were chairs and food. There was a cake in the back.

I followed Joey into his dressing room where Joey changed into his tux which would be getting ripped off of him later. He looked nice though. I walked out as he had his friend Meghan lightly cover his mace in makeup.

I spotted Shane and walked over to him. He had just arrived so he was going to his dressing room where he changed into the tux he had hidden under my sink. He looked nice as well.

Shane started doing his own makeup. Once he finished he took a deep shaky breath. Some guy that I have never seen before came up to us and said “5 minutes”.

Me: Shane are you okay?

He looked really worried. And he didn’t look like he was nervous, he looked like a knife was being held up to his through.

Shane just shook his head and before I know it we had to go out. I was the flower girl so I walked down the isle dropping flower pedals next to every other seat.

He church was really packed. There were people who I have never seen before and people I am more familiar with. When I got to the end of the isle I walked into the crowd and found Meghan.

Joey started walking down the isle to Shane, romantic music was playing. When Joey met Shane they held hands and looked into each others eyes. It looked like true love. Shane and Joey were both smiling and looking at each other as if they were looking into each others souls.

The vows were said, ‘ I do’ s were shared then they kissed.

Then there was dancing, cake eating and talking.

The party didn’t last too long. We went straight home and they started making out in the doorway. Then ran up to their room and I heard the whole thing. Just like after any wedding, there were moans, and screams.

A few days later we were in Hawaii and Shane and Joey both seemed to be enjoying themselves.

We came home, unpacked and continued on with out normal lives.

Shane and Joey were acting different. They were happier. They were acting, loving.

The love between them is unstoppable. They act like they were meant to be. I never asked them how they felt about each other but I know what they feel is strong. Its like electricity is holding them together. They cant be apart. They really are the best parents…
