HELLO

I HAVE IMPORTANT NEWS

My name is Jules.

And I love you.

Like, a lot.

Now enjoy the chapter, thank you for reading and putting up with my late updates(:

"What the fuck do you want, Cameron?" Ariana asks.

"Come join the party, babe!" he slurs.

"Drunk," I mumble.

"Listen, fucktard," Ariana says nonchalantly. "Keep talking to me like that and I won't hesitate to kick your ass myself."

"Ariana, just walk around him," I say quietly.

"Don't be a pussy," Cameron says, raising his voice. "Why are you defending her, anyway? Why are you even with her? You pay her or something?"

"Cameron, I said-"

"Wow, Ariana. I knew you were easy, but- ha! This is a new low even for you; are you really that desperate?"

"Why are you talking about desperate when you had to take advantage of someone just to get laid?" I step in.

"Advantage? Is that Ariana's excuse now? That's pathetic."

"Excuse? Don't even try to fuck with me like that," Ariana yells, making people across the street turn their heads. "You and I both know what happened."

Cameron turns his head and looks across the street, then moves closer to Ariana and leans by her ear.

"What's your excuse for the second time I fucked you? Slipped and fell? No, it was your choice. Don't go talking shit because I've got dirt on you too, Princess. It's not like anyone would believe you, anyway."

"Nobody has to," Ariana says, lowering her voice. "It doesn't even matter anymore. I don't care."

"So, one more swing in your batter's box wouldn't hurt."

He runs a hand up her side and I step forward to do something, but Ariana smacks his hand away and backs away from him. She almost looks scared.

"You're the fucking reason," she says before walking away.

"Looks like she's your problem now," Cameron says. "Feel bad for you, mate."

He looks satisfied, but he doesn't know what she meant. He's going to regret it someday.

I look down the road and Ariana is still walking. I should really follow her, but Cameron deserves this first. I stared at him for a second and shrug before clenching my fist and punching him as hard as I can. I hear something crack, but I walk away before he could hit back. I hurry and catch up to Ariana.

"Ariana, are you okay?" I ask softly.

"I'm fine, I guess. I just wanted to get away from him,"  she says. "Did you say something to him?"

"Nope. I didn't bother."

Out of nowhere, I feel a sharp stinging sensation in my knuckles. I hold my hand against my chest and make a face to keep myself from making any noise.

"You punched him, didn't you?" Ariana asks, raising an eyebrow. She didn't even look at me.

"Maybe."

"By the looks of it, I'm guessing you've never hit a person in your entire life."

"Nope, not once."
