Chapter 5: Wolf pack

(Lani's pov)

I woke up and could immediately tell tonight was the full moon. Great. I got out of my bed and I had 5 miss calls from a number I didn't know. I picked up my phone and called them back.

"Hello?" They said.

"Uh... hi... you called me 5 times..." I said.

"Oh yeah. Stay away from my boyfriend." She said.

"Excuse me I think you might have the wrong number."

"Meet me at the park in 10 minutes and tell me to my face I have the wrong number." She said, then hung up.

"She thinks she's gonna beat me up. haha." I said, putting my jacket on and walking to the park.

I stood waiting for the girl at the
park bench that I had met Noah at the day before. I was about to leave when I saw a girl in a bright blue Knee length jacket walking towards me.

"This will be fun." I said to myself.

"Hi, You're the girl thats been hanging with my boyfriend."

"My Boyfriend." I corrected her.

She tried to punch me but I caught her arm.

"You really want to fight me here? I know most of the people that run these stores and they wont hesitate to call the cops." I said, She yanked her arm away from me.

"Fine but when we get in the woods I'm gonna beat you senseless." She said.

"Try me." I responded.

We walked into the woods and I found a clear spot to rip this girl to shreds. She turned and looked at me.

"Now, where were we?" She asked.

"We were doing this." I said, I jumped up and kicked her and she fell backwards on the ground. She stood up again and threw a big rock at me. It hit me square in the face and I doubled over and put my hand on my eye.

"You're gonna wish you didn't do that." I said. I stood up and my eyes were Yellow and I had fangs and claws.

"Haha very funny." She said. Her eyes turned yellow and she got fangs and claws like me.

"That'll be fun to tell Noah." I said, Clawing at her. I clawed across her face, but it just healed. She did a backflip off of a tree and kicked me in the face. I fell backwards, but I felt a pair of arms Catch me. After the cut on my forehead healed I stood up and looked back and saw Issac. His eyes were yellow and he had fangs and claws also. I looked at the girl and I felt the presence of someone beside me. I turned and saw Boyd and Ericka standing there, Fangs, claws, and eyes ready to fight. I looked back at Issac and saw Scott and Cora beside him. I ducked down and Derek jumped over me, Landing Catwoman style on the ground. Him being our Alpha, he was the only one of us in full Werewolf form.

"You're outnumbered, Miss Wolfie." I said. "We'll give you ten seconds to run before we rip you apart." The girl sent angry glances at all of us then ran back into the city. I turned around and everyone was gone.

"What?" I asked myself, but shrugged it off and went back to my apartment with my foster dad.
