"Helena! Get up! People are looking to adopt today!" The lady in charge of the orphanage, Ms. Clayne, yelled through the wood door.
"I'm up! Geez calm down woman!" I say back. I hear her sigh and mutter something that sounded along the lines of 'teenagers and their sass'
"Lena! Can I come in?" My best friend Geo asks
"Nope, never. I hate you and never want to see your face again!" I say
"The feeling is mutual" he says as he walks in. That's our relationship we are usually rude to each other, but we love each other in a best friend sort of way.
"Nice shirt" I say as I notice he has on a My Chemical Romance shirt. I think it's the one we got matching at Hot Topic.
"Want to twin? Then maybe the person will think we're siblings and adopt us both" he jokes
"Sure" I shrug and find the shirt in my closet "Be right back" I say over my shoulder as I walk out of the room and to the bathroom.
I guess now would be a good time to describe myself. I have waist length wavy-ish curly-ish hair that goes down to my butt when it's straightened. Right now it's dyed bright blue on one half and dark purple on the other, with streaks of the opposite color on each side. It took me forever to do but it was worth it. I have blue eyes, but usually they look grey. I'm super skinny so some people think I don't eat, but anyone who knows me knows I eat like a pig. I'm also as pale as a vampire and have a decent control on my acne as long as I wash my face twice a day and moisturize. Oh! And my natural hair color is dark brown almost black.
I put on the lovely black parade shirt, along with black ripped skinny jeans, and a pair of Pikachu socks.
I walk out of the bathroom and head back to my room where I see Geo sitting on my bed playing on his phone. He looks up and laughs. We have on almost identical outfits.
"Well I'm not changing, so either you change or we match." I tell him
"Well I'm too lazy to change so I guess we'll be twinsies." He says
"The people are here freaks" Savannah, the bi-butt of the orphanage tells us. I grab my Panic! At the Disco beanie, All Time Low Last Young Renegade jean jacket, Phone with a fall out boy case, and 5 Seconds of Summer earbuds. Me and Geo walk down the stairs together and head into the front room where no one is sitting.
"Who shall we listen to?" I ask him
"I was thinking our playlist actually" he replies
"Good choice, earbuds or Bluetooth?" I ask since theres a Bluetooth speaker in the corner of this room.
"Bluetooth, I feel like getting in trouble" he says laughing. Ms. Clayne doesn't like the type of music we listen to so she yells at us when we play it out loud.
"Okie dokie, go choke on an artichokie" I say in a sing song voice as I connect the speaker and pull up Spotify. I find our playlist called 'PUNK ROCK' and hit shuffle.
The first song that comes up is Don't threaten me with a good time, by Panic!
As soon as the verse comes me and Geo are shouting
"Champagne, Cocaine, Gasoline and most things in between. We robbed the city in a shopping cart, a pack of camels, and a smoke alarm. That night is heating up!" We scream
Then we stop singing for a small amount of time.
Until..." I'm a scholar and a gentleman,and I usually don't fall when I tried to stand. I lost a bet to guy in a chiffon skirt, but I make these high heels works. I've told you time and time again, I'm not as think as you drunk I am. And we all fell down when the sun came up, I think we've had enough!" Which we shout again.
The sings finishes and we are both laughing when we here the beginning of Na Na Na, by My Chemical Romance.
We share a look before starting to shout
"NANANANNANANANANANANANANANANANANANANANANANANANANA! DRUGS GIMME DRUGS GIMME DRUGS, I DON'T NEED THEM BUT I'LL SELL WHAT YOU GOT TAKE THE CASH AND I'LL KEEP EIGHT LEGS TO THE WALL!" by then we both are out of breath and decide to just listen to the music.
As Mama is playing I see a man with bright red hair, that looks strangely like Gerard Way walk past, but as he does he backs up and turns towards us, and that's when I realize it is Gerard Way.
This is my first My Chemical Romance fanfiction so it will probably be really bad but I hope it turn out okay!
