That's when I realize it is Gerard Way.
"This song sounds a bit familiar. Is it Fall Out Boy?" He asks sarcastically
"No, I think it's this band call My Panic at the Romance? Or maybe it's My Chemical All Time Low? I don't know" I reply playing along.
He laughs and then walks into the room me and Geo are in. "I'd introduce myself but I think you might know me?" He asks
"Just a bit" I say straightening my T-shirt so he could see it. I notice Geo copies the action.
"You guys are almost dressed identical, are you guys siblings or a couple?" Be asks. I look at Geo and start cracking up.
"No, she's just some stranger I found off the street" Geo says
"Yeah, I think his name is Leo or something, I don't really know" I say sarcastically (as per usual)
"She's Selena I think" he says also sarcastically
"Alright, well 'Selena' and 'Leo'" he says putting air quotes around Selena and Leo "are you going to tell me about yourselves or just keep being sarcastic?" He asks laughing
"Uhm, I think I'll stick with sarcastic" I say smiling
"Me too" Geo says
Gerard sighs before he looks like he has an idea "I'll take you to go get coffee if we can talk while we're there."
Geo and I look at each other for a moment before we both shout "Deal!" What? We may be slightly coffee obsessed and we don't get good quality coffee very often.
"Okay, I'll just let Ms. Whatever her name is know and then we can go" he says as we stand up "Do you guys want to change, it's a bit cold outside for just tshirts and Jean jackets?" He asks
"I'm good, this thing is fricken warm" I say referring to my Jean jacket
"I don't want to go back upstairs so I'll just steal Lena's jacket if I get cold" he tells Gerard
"Uhm no you won't, remember last time you stole something that was mine" I say
"I actually liked having red hair, it looked cool" he replies
"How about I light your hair on fire and then we can we how you like having red hair" I say with fake sweetness and my most innocent smile.
"I'm good actually, thanks though!" He exclaims
Gerard shakes his head before he asks "are you guys always like this?"
"Nooo, never" I say still being sarcastic
"Okay, if you say so" he shakes his head not believing me. I'd be concerned if he did, he would have to be pretty stupid if he actually believed me.
"Are you going to get your phone, cause I ain't sharing my earbuds" I sass Geo
"Yeah" he sighs "it's in my room so if I just happen to fall and hit your guitar that would be tragic"
"You little-" I cut myself off "fine I'll go get it, do you want a jacket?" I ask
"Yesh" he replies using our weird way of saying yes.
"Be right back" I shout over my shoulder already running up the stairs.
I reach the floor both of our rooms are on and walk into his. I spot his ATL jacket that is like mine but has Jack's initials on it instead of Alex's. I also realize we both don't have on shoes so I grab his combat boots and head to my room.
Quickly I grab my combat boots and Geo's phone that his earbuds are still plugged into. I run back down the stairs and dump Geo's stuff at his feet, but hand his phone to him. I may be mean but I wouldn't break something that expensive.
