Jamie was leaning against the grill of her car, tired and wanting to sleep. But she couldn't. She sighed and got up, letting Amanda sleep on the jacket under her. Jamie climbed up the rocks of the small cliff they were on and she stood on the top. She put her hands in her jeans' pockets as she looked at the moon. It shone brightly above them. She turned and looked at the cars below her. Bee was next to her own car, protecting Amanda. A green sports car and a few other cars were around her as well. But not Optimus.
Jamie turned and looked down the other rocky cliff side and saw him. She bit her lip before walking down to him. She knew he heard her, but didn't make any comment as he didn't transform to face her. She walked to stand slightly in front of the grill, a little to the right. She crossed her arms and looked at the flat dirt around and in front of them. She looked back up the the hillside she had just climbed before placing a hand on her stomach. Jamie sighed deeply.
"Look." She started. "I don't know what I did, or what really happened after me and Will left, but I didn't mean to do anything to harm any of you."
She finally turned around to look at him. He still didn't transform as she stepped closer to the grill of the truck. She put her hand on the Autobots symbol on the grill. She put her head on the metal.
"I am so sorry." She whispered.
She then placed a loving kiss to the hood of the truck before she climbed back over and went back to Amanda.
------
Jamie was not happy. She was standing with the bots as she glared at the man who had killed them all and was using them for parts. Jamie dropped her gun and walked up, slamming her fist into his face.
"You put my daughter in danger." She growled. "I trust the bots with my life and you ended up nearly killing her!"
"Ma'am-"
"I am not a ma'am." She snapped. "I lost that when I lost William. So if you touch one of those bots again, it will be the last thing you ever do. Do you understand me, sir?"
"Yo, J."
She ignored Cade as she glared at the man in front of her.
"Answer. Me."
"It's my job, to take them apart." He chuckled at her. "And I am not afraid of you, sweetie."
Her eyes blazed and turned optic blue. She grabbed him by the throat and held him above the ground, her anger making the data lines shine. She wanted to murder this man right now. But she felt Prime in her mind. And for the first time since she turned into this Energon, she could hear him speaking through her mind.
'Jamie, I know you can hear me... put the man down.'
She wanted to glare at him, but she refused to let him know she heard him. She was to focused on wanting to kill this man. She glared harsher.
"If my daughter or my family is put in danger again, I will end your life." She looked him in the eye. "And not even Megatron could save you."
She then dropped him, letting him catch his breath as she walked away. She grabbed her gun from the floor and began to leave when a new voice entered her ears.
"Sir, are you okay?"
She spun back around and gawked.
"Brian?!"
He didn't meet her eyes and she growled.
"You know about this?"
He looked up at her. "Jamie, you should leave."
She scoffed. "Not the first time I've heard that from one of my own."
Jamie turned around and left them there. She was nowhere near happy.

Jamie saw Tessa in the car, and then she saw Amanda next to her.
"Amanda!"
She ran forward and tried to get them out, but she couldn't. She also saw Prime and turned to Bee.
"Bee, help me get them out!"
"You."
She turned to the growl and yelped as Lockdown picked her up and took her with them onto the ship. She was not happy about being locked in a cage.
"You will be my prize." He told Prime.
"Not if I have any say in it." She snapped, and stabbed him in the face.
He roared and dropped her, making her bolt. She knew Amanda and Tessa would be safe for now and she hid.
-----------------
Jamie was crying. She was losing everything again. Everything. Her whole life was ending again. She sniffled and looked up at Optimus.
"Will we ever see you again?" Cade asked.
"Cade Yeager, I do not know. But whenever you look to the stars, think of one of them as my soul." Optimus looked at the bots. "Defend this family, Autobots, as they have you. Defend all they can be."
"Wait." Jamie choked on her words.
All bots looked at her and Prime knelt down to face her. She sniffled.
"One more ride." She nearly whimpered. "Please."
He nodded and transformed, letting her climb into the cab of the truck. He had said his goodbyes to everyone besides her. He drove down the roads as she sat curled up in the seat.
"Why do you have to leave?" She asked, crying. "My whole life I was led to believe I was nothing more than a soldier. A human being. And now, after all of this, I have to watch you leave me."
"I am sorry, Jamie Monroe." He told her. "It has been an honor fighting beside you."
"But why?" She cried. "Why do you have to leave us? Why can't everything just leave us alone so you can stay here with me?!"
He slowed but she didn't look around them. She wanted to know why.
"Jamie, everything you are... everything you have done for us, was your destiny. I do not know why the Energon chose you to be it's house, but I do know that you will be safer with me gone."
She cried and clung to the seat, not wanting to leave him.
"Jamie." He whispered. "You are my true friend. One who has been by my side for as long as you have known of us. And you are the only person on this planet that I can truthfully tell you... I love you, Jamie Monroe."
She sniffed and wiped her face. "I love you too, Optimus Prime. Please come back."
He didn't answer as she climbed out of the cab. She knew where they were; William's. She kissed the door of the truck before walking up and knocking on the door. He answered and she sniffed, glancing back to Optimus.
"He's leaving." She told William.
He looked over her to the truck, which blinked it's lights at him before driving off. Jamie broke down on the steps, her knees hitting the stone as she cried. William knelt down and pulled her against him. Neither of them know what was going to happen, but it was better to comfort each other now then never see each other again.
