Swearing is natural

Most of my stories have swearing. I try not to put in to much but I make it reasonable
So reading a story with a bunch of 16 year olds and they say
"Heck"
"Darn"
"Frick"
Maybe they say frick as a joke but besides that it's not real
If your character is about to swear and they see an adult so they change it to something that's fair
But there needs to be an inbetween for some things
Swearing is legitimate but we don't need
"Fuck man, I forgot my fucking work fuck I need that shit what the fuck. Fuck man shit this sucks."
I do that irl lmao but don't write that 💀
Find an in between
Also if you include swearing don't do this:

B****
Just write what your writing okay
And if you have an older character than a younger one dont make it so
16 yr old 14 yr old
14"Aw fuck my leg hurts"
16"Omg u swearing? stoooop what noooo"
HUuh
14/13 they swear around that age there is no need for a freakout unless its a parent
