Niel (Teen Top)

The day had finally come. Concert day. I was beyond pumped about it due to the fact I had been using it to get me through these last few months. If I didn't have Rayne, my dad's death would have crushed me, but she helped me heal and be able to move on. Yeah, I was still sad about it, but I didn't let it rule my life. And I knew I owed all this to Rayne, she had really been a saving grace in my life. We met up outside Midnight's dressing room and ran for the stage. The two of us made it there in record time and spent a minute cooling off and catching our breath. We were last to go on so we had to do an over the top job. I knew it wouldn't be hard due to the fact we had been practicing really hard.

"You ready Niel?" Rayne asked.

"Yep. What about you?"

"Great. Still pretty pumped."

We took the stage and waited for the music to start. I was more than nervous to found out what every one would think after we were done. This was only because Rayne and I had practiced in secret and away from everybody else.

"Do you ever feel like a plastic bag

Drifting through the wind, wanting to start again?

Do you ever feel, feel so paper thin

Like a house of cards, one blow from caving in?

Do you ever feel already buried deep?

Six feet under screams, but no one seems to hear a thing

Do you know that there's still a chance for you

'Cause there's a spark in you?" Rayne sang beatifully.

My turn. "You just gotta ignite the light and let it shine

Just own the night like the 4th of July

'Cause baby, you're a firework

Come on, show 'em what you're worth

Make 'em go, oh, oh, oh

As you shoot across the sky."

Rayne. "Baby, you're a firework

Come on, let your colors burst

Make 'em go, oh, oh, oh

You're gonna leave 'em falling down."

Both. "You don't have to feel like a waste of space

You're original, cannot be replaced

If you only knew what the future holds

After a hurricane comes a rainbow

Maybe you're reason why all the doors are closed

So you could open one that leads you to the perfect road

Like a lightning bolt, your heart will glow

And when it's time, you'll know."

Niel. "You don't have to feel like a waste of space

You're original, cannot be replaced

If you only knew what the future holds

After a hurricane comes a rainbow
