Concert Night pt 1

Rayne (Midnight)

"We need Midnight to be ready to go on. They're on in five," a PA said. 

With that, all of us took our places in the wings by the stage. Even though we were amped for our first concert, I was worried about Lucy. Ever since the camp trip, she had been done in the dumps so to speak. Since I was helping Niel with his dad's death, I hadn't had much time to talk to her. My mind wondered what could have possibly happened to make her like that. But I didn't have long because the concert was about to start. With the stage lights off, we ran out onto the stage. Since we'd be active in our next songs, the just decided to go with the mic that was completely hands-free. And being that we didn't have much time, all of us were dressed for the next songs we'd be doing. 

"When the last child cries for a crust of bread,

We shall be free," Aaron sang while the lights slowly came up behind us to silhouette us.
