The Convergence (Percy Jackson Fanfiction)

'That Little Difficulty'

"So!" Zeus (TLO) boomed. "Who is your representative?"

The demigods of the oldest time looked at each other mindlessly until all eyes landed on Thalia. She sighed, "I guess I am."

Zeus nodded (TLT), "Let us begin, what is the light of recent events?"

All the Zeuses exchanged their news, some good some grim, then all turned to Thalia. She gulped and stepped forward, she didn't really know how to explain it, "Well, first of all before I continue, I just want all of you to know the future is pretty messed up." Thalia looked around at everyone to see if anyone would speak. "Now--."

Suddenly she was interrupted by a deafening bang.

"We need to strike now!"

"No! It's too dangerous!"

Everyone turned to the right side of the room to find a large oaken table with a blonde Superman standing at one end, a Chinese Hulk on the other, and a Santa Latino Elf standing on the side. Two girls were huddled on the floor with tears streaming down their face. One had dark tan skin, chocolate brown hair that was cut choppy and uneven with thin strands braided on either side of her head, she looked of Cherokee descent. The other was an African American girl with shoulder-length curly cinnamon brown hair. They looked like they were trying to comfort each other during the argument of the boys, but it didn't look like it was working very well.

"This could be our only chance!" The blonde Superman snarled.

"SHE'S TRYING TO MURDER US!" The Chinese Hulk yelled.

The Latino Elf winced. "Okay, maybe we could turn in down just a notch."

The Hulk and Superman turned to the Elf, "NO!"

"YOU TWO ARE FRIGHTENING THE GIRLS! Besides, we have company."

"What do you--?" The blonde turned his head and saw the legion of demigods and Olympians. "Oh my gods."

The two boys waved awkwardly while the Elf smirked and slicked his hair back, "Hello ladies!"

The Superman frowned, "Shut up, Leo."

"What? Ladies love Team Leo." He wiggled his eyebrows.

Most of the girls recoiled, but there were a few who seemed interested. Superman rolled his eyes, "You are to Ladies as Fire is to Water."

A flame burst from the smirking Elf's hand, "Leo."

"SHUT UP, REPAIR BOY!" The Cherokee decedent hissed, as she stood up and glared daggers at Leo.

The African American girl stood up, glaring as well.

"Pipes--."

"I would also shut up if I were you, Sparky!"

'Sparky' winced and was about to say something when 'Pipes' held up her hand, "Annabeth has been teaching me some hand to hand combat along with how to use my dagger."

Immediately he shut up after that, Leo and the Hulk looked weary as well.  

"Jason, Piper, Leo?" Thalia asked.

The trio turned to her and smiled, "Thalia!"

The demigods from HOO (Heroes of Olympus) ran over to them and exchanged hugs.

"THALIA!" Zeus (TLO) thundered. "Who are these demigods?"

Jason bowed, "Father . . ."

"Father?" Most of the demigods asked and Olympians.

"We'll explain later."

"And when is--."

There was a 'thump' from behind the demigods, everyone looked over to find a DVD case.

Jason frowned, "Odd."

He walked over to it, he then picked it up but yelped and dropped the case like it was a block of fiery hot metal.

Piper hurried over to him "Jason what--."

"I don't want to watch that, I don't even want to read about it."

"Watch and read about what?"

"We've already heard enough stories about that hell hole, I don't want anything to do with it."

"Jason . . ." Her voice faltered as she caught on. Piper quickly picked up the movie. "Holy Hades!"

"Beauty Queen, what is it?"

"The House of Hades."

"House of what?"

She shook her head, "This reminds me, where is Percy and Annabeth?"

"Uh, here?" The group of Percys waved and everyone rolled their eyes.

"Their time, idiots!" Clarisse (TLT) snapped.

"Maybe the Fates are letting them rest." Hazel suggested. "They did have a . . . rough time."

"Understatement." Piper muttered.

"Shall we watch this 'House of Hades'?" Athena (TLO) asked , turning he her father.

The eldest Zeus nodded "Yes."

"What?! No, no, no, no, no!" The demigods of the seven protested.

"I order it so it shall be so. Thalia, you were having trouble telling us the state of your time, this could help us understand."

She nodded "And I wish to know what happened to my friends, all of us do."

Despite the five demigods of the seven protests, Zeus (TLO) lead them to a common room to where they would watch and be comfortable.

"Let us begin." He picked up the case and opened it. He popped the DVD into a Blu-Ray and the screen showed chapter names instead of a whole movie.

"Hazel I." Hades muttered (who had come along for the Convergence). "Interesting."

"Indeed." Zeus (TLO) narrowed his eyes, studying the scene. "Curse this mortal device! Why do we even have this?"

Athena (TLO) spoke up "This is a common room designed for mortals. You had it ordered built just in case any mortal being came for a visit."

Jason, Piper, Leo, Frank, and Hazel were sitting in the space between the demigods from their time (who stuck together instead of finding their younger versions) and the groups of Percys and Annabeths.

"This movie is going to kill us long before Gaea does." Leo muttered.

The other four demigods nodded in agreement, but they had no idea how wrong they were.
