WARNING *PLEASE READ*: This is the point in the fanfiction when it starts to become very dark. I needed to put this warning out there for you guys so you know what is coming up. No, I will not let it get too much and make sure to limit detail on some parts, but I wanted to put out a warning just in case :).

December 13

It has been a month and a half since my encounter with those who I had once called friend. My Queen has put me over the operations of this kingdom...my kingdom. She says one day soon I will rule over it, extinguishing my enemies with ease and bringing this world to its original and rightful glory. The army she has build for me is vast, those under my command do what I say without question. My subjects bow to me as I pass, the castle she has build from this lush green earth brings Mount Olympus to shame. Such a beautiful kingdom that I will inherit. The wall surrounding us keeps us safe from the monsters on the other side. They want to stop us you see, to withhold our kingdom from us. They are monsters, all of them, that is why they all must be slaughtered. We manage to find a few of them here and there as we branch out our operation from Manhattan, we find them, capture them, and use them. Some are for soldiers or put to work by other means to help run this kingdom. Others, if they do not cooperate, are used for food. We use them in some way or form, always. Mortals are not much better, if we find them they go straight to the hellhounds, they like to play with their food. Gives them a bit of exercise before their meal.

This kingdom my Queen has build for me surprises me every time I look out my window. I see creatures, ones I used to classify as monsters, roaming the streets to run errands to get food and supplies for their families and loved ones. Those like me, the word 'demigod' comes to mind, also roaming the streets, walking among the creatures like old friends, coexisting. Like a city full of people, like how Manhattan used to be. We saved it. Manhattan was destroyed by the Olympians and their arrogance, we have restored it to better than its former glory.

Annabeth. That name passes through my mind then fades like a distant memory. That name is special to me and I don't understand why. I wanted to write it down, in case I forget it again. It brings clarity to my mind that grows dim. Ever since this kingdom has come into existence my memory, my thoughts have become vague. Some thoughts I have caught to be not my own but a whispering voice and often I found myself doing everything it said to me. I have resisted at times and my memory had become clearer for a second or two, but soon it would go back to the way it had been. My Queen says it's natural and nothing I need to worry about, that I should just relax and go with it. I trust her, she has given me everything, therefore, I must trust her.

Signed,

The Prince of the Earth

"My Lord!"

Percy snapped the journal shut and took a moment to take in a deep breath, he set the journal and quill on his nightstand before turning his head toward his bedroom door, "Luke, why do you interrupt me?"

Kronos twisted his face to keep himself from scowling, "My Lord," He said through clenched teeth. "It is Kronos, not Luke."

"My apologies, Kronos," Percy said his voice slightly sarcastic as he stood and turned toward one of his most trusted generals. "What do you need me for?"

"The Queen has sent for you, she says it is urgent and to not waste time."

"Thank you, my friend. I will be on my way immediately." Percy looked past Kronos into the hall behind him. "Guinevere, Cam! Come!"

Kronos stood aside to let two of Percy's servants enter. Cam and his sister were around fifteen years old, not much younger than Percy but to Percy they were just mere servants, meant to be used for a higher propose, "Cam, go to the Queen and tell her I will be on my way. Guinevere, fetch my armor."
