Chapter III: Journey to the Ruined Kingdom

"Calm down Luna, panicking is not the solution. I need to find them, but I am going to need some stuff."

I went out of the cave to go to my hometown, or what is left of it at least. Only what I have is a silver pickaxe, a work bench, 7 gold coins, 76 silver coins, few cooked fishes, 2 sapphires, a large sapphire, 2 silver bars, 4 copper bars, a wood fishing rod, and my blue wizard hat. I'm a mage, while my brother, Azuri is a ranger. Right now, I don't have any magic weapons, so I used my pickaxe to kill some slimes, they are easy to kill and drop some coins and gel to make some torches if I have wood.

An hour later, she reached Spectra Valley. Before the disaster, the village was made up of simple materials such as pearlwood, and gray bricks. People in this place lived happily doing their jobs while their children play. She lived in the castle made up of colored glass, and gemsparks. Right now only few houses were standing with little damage. Others are either burned, or collapsed. There are many corpses lying on the charred land, mostly villagers, and soldiers. Her castle was half-destroyed, mostly shattered glass. She wondered why her parents used glass for the castle, but decided to just ignore it. The castle was not safe to but that's where her stuff and possibly her siblings are.

I went into the village to find loot. I refer going to houses that are still intact and probably safe to enter to find an axe or anything that breaks wood. (Terraria Rule: you can break anything without tools.) I went to the 1st house, it was slightly burned with few wooden planks cracked or broken. Inside are corpses, upturned furniture, some chests, and a keg. "Seeing that keg make me thirsty, I wonder if there's some ale in it." Seeing a mug, I pick it up and open the tab. Ale is filling up my mug, make my mouth water. I drank it, I don't want to drink more because I know what happens next, especially what happen to Citro after he drank 8 shots. I open the 2 chests. "Let's see... some dirt blocks, stone blocks, 3 lead bars, 2 rubies, 3 sapphires, and 2 meteorite bars. Decent enough, next house."

The 2nd house is larger than the previous one, well having 2 floors to be exact. The bottom floor is similar to the previous house, the only difference in there are more furniture, a lead anvil, a bookshelf, and 3 chests. Inside the 3 chests are 3 emeralds, a topaz, a ruby, 2 sapphires, 4 amethysts, 2 ambers, 7 copper bars, 5 lead bars, 3 silver bars, a platinum bar, 121 cobwebs (Why did they have that.), 52 sand blocks, a broken copper shortsword, 80 silt blocks, 2 cobalt bars, a palladium bar, and a cobalt chainsaw. I pick up everything including the chainsaw and go to the top floor.

The next floor is a bedroom. Typical furniture such as a dresser, a piggy bank, a table and chair, a clock, and a bed. I checked the dresser, a spell tome, a pearlwood hammer not thinking on how the hammer can fit inside, and 2 lesser healing potions. The piggy bank contains 78 silver coins. Looking at the clock it's 5:45pm. "Oh shoot! I need to go now before the zombies are here." Picking up all the loot, I ran to my castle.

Currently I have 3 gold coins, 92 silver coins, 94 copper coins, some bars and gems, the chainsaw, the hammer, the shortsword, a spell tome, 2 lesser healing potions, some random blocks, and cobwebs.
