Chapter IV: The Castle, The Merchants, and One Green Guy

I managed to reach the castle as the moon is rising out of the horizon. "*pant* I made it." I saw the entrance. As I push the door, I remember something. The castle is dark and abandoned for a month. There must be zombies or worse. I pick up my chainsaw and entered the castle.

Of course, there are zombies in the hallway. There are also some demon eyes and possessed armors looking at me. Quickly, I drew my chainsaw. Even if I'm outnumbered, it's easy to kill the zombies, but the demon eyes are fast, the possessed armors are hard to kill, and the chainsaw's noise attracts more zombies. While I'm slashing, a zombie bit my shoulder. "Aah, get off of me!" I grabbed the zombie, and cut its head off. The wound is bleeding but not heavily, also I ran out of potions. I can hold the pain for a while. After 15 minutes of slashing and killing, I took the loot which is a bunch of coins, wooden arrows, lenses, an arcane shackle, and a mechanical eye. I placed it in my inventory, not trying to summon the Twins, and continued walking.

I saw some doors on the sides of the hallway. That's where the merchants is, or it was right now. They are all dead. Andrew always teach beginners about the world, survival, and combat. Jordan's maybe a cheapskate, but he always sells good items to everyone. Maggie is the royal nurse in this castle. She heals any wound instantly. I don't know how she does it but for her, it's magic. Ivy keeps eye out for enemies, and the infective biomes. Austin and Clint are always fighting to know who is more awesome. Despite the problem, they always have the booms, and the bangs. Let's just say that both of them are awesome. After defeating the goblin invasion, I and co. went mining. That's when we find Bork. He mentioned that he is a rebel, but he is obviously outnumbered, and bounded in the caverns. He was very inventive. He also can modify/enchant tools, weapons, and accessories. Jack was really annoying especially if he was a best fisherman in the world, which is not true. Although fishing can past time if there is nothing to do, he also gives money if I have a right catch. Buzz always have the best staves in Spectra Valley that he and Tangerine started dating. I saved Milton and Suzy from Skeletron and the dungeon's wrath. Milton gave me some clothes as a reward and to replace my torn clothes from battling. Suzy team up with Bork to make some mob-grinding machine using the statues to get some materials without effort. Pinkie always makes frowns upside down. After I achieved something, she started a party. She is so hyperactive. And Azo make some flasks and potions to beat strong opponents. Now they are gone, especially Ivy. She tried to talk to the Dryads but she got executed because of betrayal. I miss them all.

After recalling the memories, I found my room. All rooms are the same, the difference is the color or the gem. I'm blue by the way, the others belong to my other siblings, and there are 2 rooms in each color/gem. All doors are locked by the gem locks. That's for the large sapphire, so I place it in the slot, and the door opened. My room is full of cobwebs, so I remove it with my shortsword. All of my furniture are made of glass and of course painted blue. Looking at the clock, it said 7:10pm. After a month, I found my home. "I need a re-" I heard footsteps, probably belong to a monster. I grab the crystal shards and souls of light from the chests. Then I went to the bookcase to make the crystal storm spellbook. I went back to the chests to get my armored mana regeneration band, and a quick sorcerer emblem. I also use the shackle. Quietly, I went out of my room to find the source of the noise. The noise came from the forge room. I sneak towards the room's entrance, and peep on the other side. The suspect is crafting something, possibly a weapon. Quickly, I jump in. "Taste my crystals!" I used all my strength to shoot the crystal pellets at the intruder. As the pellet hit the target, the target reacted: "Ah that hurts! What is that fo-". It looked at me. It's a human. It has green eyes and hair. The bangs are slightly covering his right eye. It has light skin. The human is a male judging from the voice tone and face structure. He's wearing ranged titanium armor. Quickly, I recognized him.

"Luna."

"Leafy."
