A PROMISE OF TOGETHERNESS

Office Party

Mom this dress is too tight - I scream from my room. After hearing my shouting mom came to my room with a frown on his face but when she saw me she had a wide grin and said "Honey you are looking very beautiful and this black dress is not tight but it is only made for you, it is hugging you at all the right places", I blushed from her words. She sits behind me and did my makeup and even curl my hairs. When I saw myself in the mirror I was amazed by my look, my hair were frizzy and falling till my waist and my eyes were Smokey and my lips were colored red. I completed my look with the black stilettos and the pendant graham gifted.

Mom called me from downstairs when harry came. I came downstairs after keeping my phone and money in the wallet. When I came in front of harry he said "I am looking beautiful" and I replied thank you. I told mom that I will be late and kissed her to which she replied " take care and don't drink" before I could reply harry said " I will make sure of that Martha" and then we move to his car.

We reach the terrace of our office building as it's a celebration for the entire employee working in Stella finance as we earned a good profit this month. Whole terrace was decorated with red and black balloon, one side of terrace was designed as a disc and other side dinner was served and in between table and chair were organized.

I went inside with harry and went to greet everyone. Ella, Shawn and Mr. Richard (my boss) was sitting together and when I went to their table I greeted boss first and he complimented me on my looks that "i am looking beautiful" to which I replied that "he is looking handsome" and he said "thank you". After greeting boss I went near Ella she got up and hugged me and while she was hugging me she complimented me that I was looking hot. Next Shawn got up and hugged me and even he complimented me that I was looking nice and I replied same to him.

After an hour everyone was done eating and you can see the dance floor filling. I was standing at a corner with harry, he has not allowed me to drink anything apart from water. After few minute boss called me and harry to meet some of his friends, while we are standing there a waiter pass from there he asked us if anyone need soft-drink I was thirsty so I drank 2 glass of it. But after drinking that my head started spinning, for few second I stood there holding my head, harry asked me regarding my health i told him i was having a headache but after few minute I was feeling light weighted. After seeing my condition boss ask me to leave but I took harry hand and start pulling him to the dance floor. However harry wouldn't budge as he is much more powerful than me and he was just standing their with a foul face. However, he was looking damn hot in the black jeans, white shirt and black leather jacket and he was continuously shouting at me for drinking that. I kept a finger on his lips and said him to be quiet and then in a sweetest voice I ask him to join me at dance floor but he clearly said no then I tried a pouting face and that work he came with me to the dance floor.

After dancing for about an hour I was thirsty again so I informed harry that I am going to drink water. He stopped me by holding my hand in a tight grip and said he will bring water for me but I said I can take care of myself so he asked Ella to go with me. When we were standing at the bar Ella asks me to take a shot of vodka and she won't say a word to harry but I don't want to make him angry so I replied no. I drank 2 glass of water and then came back to dance with harry.

It's been 2 hour while I was dancing with Harry. After few minute Cameron joined us, he was looking good in blue t-shirt with black jeans. He is working with us but in the different department. Cameron and I have met a lot of time and had a normal chit chat when we cross each other path. While dancing he was just looking at me and when "when I was your man by Bruno mars" came he asked me for a dance. I extended my hand to him and he keep that on his shoulder and grab my waist and we started moving on the beats. We were in the mid of dancing when i search for Harry but there was no sign of him. I went outside in search of him but couldn't find him. After few minutes my eyes land on a figure standing at a secluded area. I went toward him and ask him the reason why he is standing here. However in reply to my question I just got a cold shoulder and fuming harry. But when I asked him the same question again, he replied that he was with me for the whole night but I being an attention seeker need more eyes on me and after saying that he asked me the reason to dance with Cameron. As I didn't understand the reason of his outburst I just said sorry to him.Exactly after 30 minute he came to me and said sorry. I was standing on the stairs and I moved 1 step upward so that I was standing eye level with him and hugged him. That hug was nothing like the one I give to graham however it was calming and I like the smell of him. I locked my hand around his neck and he kept his hand on my waist. He was hugging me tightly and at that very moment i realised that i feel safe in his arm. We stood like that for few minute more and then we get apart. I still don't understand how someone can be so special to you only in a month time.

After the party harry drop me at home and when I was about to leave he said I was looking ravishing tonight and I complimented him back that he was looking pretty nice and with that I went inside.

Next morning when I woke up it was already 10 and I started panicking as I was late for my work. At that moment I decided to call harry and inform him that I will be late so that he can pass this information to boss. However when I called him at first he didn't receive the call. However, when I was about to disconnect I heard a voice from the other end. In a sleepy husky voice I heard a "hello". Harry voice was so sexy that for a moment I forgot why I called him however when I came into my senses I said a quick "hi". To my reply harry asked me about my name. At first I was shocked that he didn't saved my number however later I remembered that I have called him from another number. To proceed with the conversation I informed him about my name. Maybe after hearing my name he woke up because now his voice was not that sleepy. He asked me the reason of calling him so early and whether I am alright, to which I told him the exact reason and ask him to inform boss about the same. However 1 thing strike into my mind so I asked him "why you are not in office? After hearing my question harry started laughing and in between the laughter he informed me that today is Sunday and everyone would be sleeping and I should do that same." I face palmed myself for my stupidity and waking him up. I said a quick sorry and was about to disconnect the call. However before I could disconnect I heard harry voice. 

Harry- Do you have any plan for today?

Jenny- No. Why did you ask?

Harry- Nothing be here by 12. We will go somewhere. And by saying that he disconnect the call.

I took bath and change into a blue denim shorts and red crop top, applied red lipstick and wore white pumps and made my way towards mom car. It took me 10 minute to reach harry apartment. When I reached there I parked my car in the driveway and knocked twice on the apartment gate. Harry was staying in a 5 storey building and his room was at 2nd floor. I knock again but no one replied, I push the door and it was wide open so I went inside. Harry apartment is a nice and comfy place it's a small apartment with a living room, kitchen and a bedroom. I further went inside however there was no sign of harry. I tried to call his name again but there was no reply so I went inside to the room at the end and coincidentally it was his bed room and when I enter there I saw him sleeping on his bed without a shirt. He was only wearing a lower which was  hung low to his body. His room was cosy and beautiful with a mirror and a table where all his necessity has been kept. I went near him and try to wake him but he didn't budge. I went near his face and shouted "Harry wake up" and he woke up with a jolt. I started laughing and when he saw me he was shocked at first and then there was something else in his eyes. He took few step towards me without saying a word, I was backing up until I hit the wall. When he was face to face he brought his lips to my ear his close proximity was screaming danger to me but I didn't budge. He bring his lips so close to my ear that when he spoke it was touching my earlobe and then he said "this was not the right way to wake someone and you should be punished for it" I scrunch my brow because I was confused but when his arm went to my waist at first it causes butterfly in my stomach and then when he started tickling my stomach I couldn't control my laughter and I pleaded him to stop but he didn't. I was lying on the floor and he was hovering over me and his hands were still on my waist, later when his eyes landed on my eyes his hands stop tickling and his lips were neared to my lips just a centimetre away. As he was going to kiss me I turn my head and the kiss landed on my cheeks. I told him I have a boyfriend and I can't break his trust, to which he nod his head and stand up pulling me up with him.

He went to bathroom to take bath and I was sitting in the bedroom thinking about the kiss. After 15 minute he came in the room only wearing a towel. I couldn't take off my eyes from him; he has got a god gifted physique, with perfect body, face and hair. If I will say that he is the hottest guy I have seen, it won't be a lie. When he saw me checking him out he came and stand in front of me and said "Jen when you will be done tell me then I will get ready", I was so embarrassed that I replied "I was not checking you out harry" and then he replied that "sure babe you aren't".

After about 20 minute harry got ready in black jeans and white shirt and then we make our way towards the parking.
