A PROMISE OF TOGETHERNESS

After giving thought on this, I decided to give alrick a chance. He is sweet, nice, smart, talented. Apart from that he have a good job and he is liked by my parents and brother and most important I know he won't do anything to hurt me. So today I asked him to take me on a date. First he was hesitant then he saw that I was serious so he said okay. Graham was happy that I am atleast trying to move on. He said we both have his blessing and then he start laughing. Typical brother I must say. Although I love him so much. 

It was 8pm, I got ready in my black short dress and completed my look with black heels. I kept my phone in my clutch and left my hair open and as always graham necklace was laying around my neck. This necklace is the favorite ornament I possess. I was waiting for alrick to show up. Graham came to check whether I am ready to go out and inform me that alrick is waiting for me downstairs. Before I set foot outside of my room graham said "jen always smile like this, give that guy a chance he is really nice and he will always keep you happy". I just hugged him and left.

Alrick was looking good in black t-shirt and blue jeans. I greeted him by hugging him and kissing both his cheeks. After greeting me alrick went to meet my brother and after talking for few minutes we stepped outside my home. Alrick went to the passenger side to open gate for me although I had some other plan in my head. I opened the driver side gate and sat inside. At first alrick was shocked then he understand and sat back on the passenger side laughing at me. In serious mood I asked him-

Jennie- why are you laughing ? What was funny? You doubt my driving skill alrick?

Alrick(being startled)- No, I know you drive good. It's just I opened gate for you and you sat in driver side.

Jennie-No, I know you are making fun of my driving because of my height(I said in more serious tone)

Alrick was getting confused by each passing second. He was starting to get nervous. In that state he said- No Jen I seriously thought I will be driving. I didn't laugh at you. Please don't be angry.

Seeing getting him so nervous I started to laugh and while laughing I told him I was joking and put the engine into ignition. He reacted for few second that he is angry but after seeing me laughing continuously he too burst into laughter. For the rest of the ride we played the radio and we had small conversation. After 20 min ride we were standing in front of the "Mizumi", Alrick took the car keys to parked the car in the parking so we went inside when he was done. When we went inside alrick went to the reception area and told his name so that they can show us our seat. The place was amazing from inside and our table was at the further corner. I made my way along with alrick to our seat. He came to pull my seat so that I can sit. Such a gentleman is he. The table was all set up for date. At the mid of the table a bouquet of rose was kept along with red wine and a small heart shaped cake. Alaric gave the bouquet to me, which I accepted with the biggest smile on my face. Then he pour red wine in his and mine glass. After few second waiter came to our table to ask order. Alrick order for both of us. He ordered Chinese as he knows I am biggest fan of it. After we were done with the dinner we cut cake. It was like dream came true. When we made our way outside of the restaurant the same receptionist came and handed me the gift with a small letter.

I looked at alrick , he just kept on smiling. I have a problem I don't have patience so once we were inside the car I open the packing. Inside the box their was a dark red color gown along with a bracelet which says AJ. It was so pretty that I wore it on my left hand and showed it to alrick. Then I open the letter , in a very beautiful writing their it was written-

"Thanx for accepting my love. Trust me you will never regret this decision of yours. These are  just the token of my love. If I can I want to give every happiness to you, everything you ever wish. I am sorry I was not their when you were hurt, but now I won't let anyone or anything to hurt you. I don't know how happy you will be with me, but I will make sure you will not be hurt. I will give efforts every single day so that nothing can turn that smile to frown. I am not saying we won't fight but at last we will sought everything out. I will always love you. Love you jen❤.

You gave me a reason to live,

You are the only person whom my love I want to give,

You are beautiful in and out, 

If you want I can even shout.

Your smile brighten my day,

Whatever you wear you always slay.

Thanx for giving me this chance,

After reading his letter I was crying. I looked at him and he too had tears in his eyes. At that moment I understand that I am not doing any mistake by loving this beautiful man and without even a second thought I kissed him. He too kissed me with the same intensity. After few minutes when we stopped kissing we both were smiling. He then asked me to sit on my seat and we  have to reach somewhere and the date is still on. I said okay and again we were on road and after 10 min we reach the nearby disc. He knows me so well , I just love to dance. Without wasting any time we reached inside and start dancing.

After 2 hours we were still dancing. I had 4 shots of vodka and alrick was sober because he was the driver for the night. His both hands were around me and my head was on his heart and we were moving on the music blasted by the speaker. After few second I look up to see his face and at the same time his eyes met mine and I don't know how our lips met again. Kissing him is like bliss. He can make you weak by even his kiss. He plants a small kiss on my forehead and then ask me to leave. 

It was a very long ride to home because I don't know when I slept in the car. When we reach alrick took me to my room and made me lay down. He removed my heels and the bracelet I was wearing. When he think he is done he try to move out of my room but before he could go I stopped him by holding his hand. In the sloppy drunk voice I asked him not to go and sleep here. He said no but I start whining so he didn't have much choice. So he came next to me to sleep. Then I remember I didn't change my clothes so I sat on my bed and start removing the dress. I forget I was only wearing bra and undies beneath it but I was too drunk to notice it. I threw the dress on the floor and slept in my undergarments. I want alrick hands around me like earlier so I move towards him. I put my head on his chest and pull his hands to wrap around me. When alrick put them around me I felt cold from the touch of his hand. Harry must have understood that I remove my dress because next thing I know someone was making me wear shorts and top and then that someone came and slept next to me with his hands around me and within second I was drifted to sleep with the calming aroma around me.
