A PROMISE OF TOGETHERNESS

1st day at work

It was 6am when I woke up from my peaceful sleep. I took out my clothes and went to get ready. After about 30 minutes I got ready in a red shirt and black pants completing my look with the red heels. When I was satisfied with my look I went to make breakfast for me and Alrick. When I enter the kitchen i was lost in the aroma of coffee and in front of me in the mid of the room Alrick was standing with only a towel around his waist.

God this man is going to be a death of me. He can be selected as a model for Calvin Klein show. He has a Greek god body, a smile that can make you weak on your knee, black locks that fall on his forehead. Damn this guy is the real definition of hot. Sometime I wish I met him before harry, the story would have been so different. He care about me, he make me feel so special, he love me, he make food for me, and main imp he don't do anything to hurt me.

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't notice Alrick was looking at me with a questioning look. He raised his eyebrow and ask me what happen, I just said nothing and went towards him. I wished him good morning and hugged him. I ask him to get ready and till then I will complete the rest work. He went to get ready and I made sandwich for us. When he was ready we ate our breakfast and then left for the day.

It was 8:45 when we reached the office. Office was situated at the mid of Cannes on the 8th floor of Barras building. It was a cozy place with a spectacular view.

First day was awesome. It was full of meeting new people, a tour of office, eating French food and understanding new work. At 6:30 I got free from the office. I gave my goodbye to everyone and make my way towards the parking where Alrick was waiting for me. We decided to go to club to celebrate my first day.

After about 30 minute ride we reached his place. I went to get ready as I have to take bath and then decide what I have to wear for the party. After about 45 minutes I got ready, but still I was busy with the chain of my dress. I was not able to close it. When all my efforts went into vain. I called Alrick for the help.

He was looking sexy in the black shirt and blue denim jeans. He stood at the back of me and started to play with the dress chain. He was doing it slowly on a purpose and when I gave him the look he close it in 1 go. He compliment me and said that I am looking beautiful. I said thank you and we both made our way outside his apartment.

Ride to the club was peaceful with a small talk related to my first day at office and at the background a soothing song was playing. When "when I was man" start playing on the music system my thoughts went to that night when I was dancing with harry. How his hand was around my waist, how close we were and how happy I was. Everything was playing like a movie in front of my eyes. My thought was broken with a car honk and just to end this thought I pressed the change button on the music system.

We reached the club approximately by 10. Alrick parked the car in the parking and we made our way inside the club. The wills was having a beautiful interior and it was packed with a sweating bodies who were moving there body with the beats. Music is high, lights were dim and Alrick has to shout in my ears to make me understand what he was saying. We made our way to the dance floor and I start loosing my body with the music. Half way through the dancing Alrick asked me whether I want to drink something. When I said yes he went to bring something for me. As he left a guy in a black jacket join me. He started dancing with me. I started to look for Alrick from the spot I was standing but couldn't find his pretty face. So rather than making a run for him I tried to gather some confidence and start moving my body with the song. After few minutes Alrick joined us and ask him to let me dance with him. He joined me and handed me a glass of red wine which I drink in a one go. After few minutes my body was light and I was feeling high. So I hugged Alrick and start moving my body with the beats. After about 5 more drinks and dancing for about 4 hours we decided to leave. As I was dizzy and sleepy Alrick had to pick me up bridal style and in a blink I slept in his arms. When we reached the parking he made me sleep at the backseat and he went to the driver seat to start the car. Rest night went in the blur.

I woke up next morning with the thumping in my head. I rush to kitchen to get Advil and glass of water. I took 2 advil from the box and swallow it with the help of water. Then I went to my room to take rest. After about 1 hour I woke up and went to do my daily task.

It took me 30 minutes to get ready, I wore a black v-neck top and a white colour A- line skirt. I completed my look with black stilettoes. When I was satisfied by my look I move outside my room towards Alrick room. He too was dressed up in the white shirt and a black trouser. We both were not in a condition to make breakfast today as we were getting late so we decided to make a stop at McDonalds.

It was 15 min prior the office timing when we reached office. I greeted everyone and went directly towards my cabin. My 1 hand was occupied with the half eaten burger and the other one with the coffee. I took a help of office boy to move inside safely without making any scene and once I was inside I ate my breakfast.

I was engaged with the work when I received a call from mom. When I clicked on the answer button my ears were filled with my mother shouting. She was angry with me because I haven't called her from few days and this is the first time I am being so irresponsible. I said sorry to her and told her everything about my office and last night. She was happy that I am moving on and enjoying my life. After talking to her for few more minutes I said goodbye to her and hung up the call.

Rest day went in blur. Learning new stuff, attending meeting, meeting few known and unknown people, meeting with boss, lunch break with team etc.

Finally it was time to leave, I packed my bag and left the office with Alrick following me.
