Chapter 39: [ Jadah's POV ]

When I got home no one was there. Elizabeth was with DJ and Chris is filming for a new movie. I went upstairs and got undressed. I heard the door creak open so I put a pair of shorts on and a shirt. I tip toed downstairs and I heard the faucet run. I tip toed to the kitchen and I grabbed Elizabeth's bat. I jumped out of no where and yell "WHO ARE YOU?" Chris jumps and yells "WOAH WOAH ITS ME!" "Oh my god Chris. Don't ever do that again" I said. "Do what? Open the door" he says. I laugh and say "I wasn't expecting you till later." "Yea we finished early" he said. "Oh" I say. "Why are you so sweaty?" I ask. "It's.....uh......hot in here" he said suspiciously. He walks to the couch and sits down.

He's acting really weird today. I sit next to him and say "Everything ok?" "Yea...why what's wrong?" He says. Ok Chris is now acting really weird and suspicious. "Ok babe what's wrong?" I say. "Nothing" he says. "Please don't lie to me. Just tell me" I say "I bet you it's not that bad." "I doubt it" he whispers. "Come on. Spit it out" I say. He sighs and says "Fine. I wasn't really away filming a new movie. I've been.........seeing this other women for the past month but I'm planning to end it."

I breath in and clear my throat. "Oh, I have to go" I say. "Wait Jadah. I'm sorry" he says. "No your not" I say. I go upstairs, get a luggage from the top of the closet. I fill it with some of my clothes and some of Elizabeth's clothes. As I'm about to walk out the door Chris says "Look if your planning to leave, don't come back." "Don't worry I won't" I say getting my hand out of his grip and slapping him as hard as I can. I walk to the car and I start to cry. I thought Chris was different but he's just like everyone else. I stop crying and call DJ. "Hey DJ....uh..... I was wondering if Elizabeth and I can spend the night" I say. "Sure. Why?" He says. "I'll explain when I get there" I say. "Ok" he says as I click the end call button. I drive to DJ's house and pull out the luggage. As I'm walking up the drive way I remember Blake's there. I really can't handle so much drama right now. I walk in and of course Blake's laying down on the couch sleeping shirtless. I seriously can't take it anymore. I love Blake and I'm not going to deny it anymore. I drop the luggage and I lean over and kiss him. I can tell he woke up because he's kissing me back. We kiss until he breaks it and says "What's going on?" "Well it turns out Chris was just another asshole who I fell in love with" I said. "Why? What did he do?" He said. "He's been cheating on me for the past month and he's been telling me he has been filming a new movie" I said. Blake immediately stood up and said "Do you want me to fuck him up?" I laughed and said "No. He's not worth it but I was thinking about giving us another chance." "You don't know how long I've been waiting for you to say that" he said. I tippy toed and wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him. He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me back. "I love you" he said. "I love you too" I said. While we were kissing Elizabeth and DJ walk in. "Mommy what are you doing?" Elizabeth said pushing Blake away. "Honey we need to talk" I said. "Hey Jadah so what's up?" DJ said. I walked over to DJ and whispered in his ear and explained the situation. "Wow Jadah I'm sorry" he said. "Don't be. I have another man who can hopefully stay faithful and love me" I said. Blake walked over to me and wrapped his arms around my waist. "Mommy tell him to stop hugging you" Elizabeth said pushing Blake away. "Elizabeth stop. We need to talk" I said taking her into the other room.

After I finished explaining the situation to Elizabeth she started crying. "NO I DONT WANNA LEAVE DADDY!" She cried. "Elizabeth he's not your real daddy, Blake is" I tried reassuring her. "NO MOMMY PLEASE" she said. Seeing her go through so much pain made me cry again. I hugged her and said "I promise things will get better just trust me baby I promise." She calmed down a little and said "You promise?" She held out her pinky. I grabbed her pinky and said "Promise." "Will I ever see Chris again?" She asked. "I don't know yet baby" I said. We both laid down on DJ's bed and fell asleep.

[ Blake's POV ]

When Jadah said she was giving us another chance my heart skipped a beat. I was so happy. After Jadah took Elizabeth to DJ's room I heard yelling. I was going to walk in but DJ stopped me. "Don't. Just leave them" he said. Twenty minutes later they still haven't come out and everything was quiet. I finally decided to walk in. I saw Elizabeth and Jadah sleeping in DJ's bed. I think it's sad that Elizabeth has to go through all this at such a young age. I walk over to her and kissed both there foreheads. I'm so happy Jadah's mine again and this time I'm not gonna hurt her.
