Sungjin and I had a silent bus ride home, something that was uncommon, mostly because I would uphold the conversation more. Lately, however, I've been tired of basically talking to myself, and, more importantly, I've been tired of hearing Sungjin complain about how Ari would never love him.

I hear the bus doors open, and to my surprise, Sungjin's Ari radar doesn't go off.

As much as I hated hearing about Ari, I hated seeing my best friend be so sad even more.

I sigh, looking at Sungjin and finally pointing out Ari to him. A smile instantly spreads on his face, and I try my best to smile, really.

... but I can't.

Not when I know he won't do something about it.
