"let's go to this cafe, jinyoung," you tapped on his shoulder to get his attention.

you were on your way to school with him and you decided to get coffee first because you were dead tired. he shrugged and made his way in.

"what do you want?" you asked him but he only shook his head.

you walked forward to the counter, jinyoung following behind. after you had placed your order, you turned around.

"what classes do we have today?" you asked jinyoung.

he was silent for a while before he answered, "history, literature, ma-"

he stopped mid sentence and his attention was on a girl who was grabbing her bag from the chair and was about to leave the cafe. jinyoung's eyes followed her. she was gorgeous, you weren't gonna lie so it's normal for a guy like jinyoung to have his attention all on that girl.

but in a blink of an eye, jinyoung ran out of the cafe.

you stood there, clearly confused but decided to just ask him what he was doing in class instead of chasing after him now because he would have ran far away by now.

once you got to class, you saw jinyoung with his head down on the table. you walked over to his seat, "what was that about?"

he looked up at you and sighed, "you know what? just don't bother helping me feel better."

you looked at him, confused, "why? i haven't even done much yet?"

"that was my ex girlfriend at the cafe just now,"

realisation hit you when you remembered about how jinyoung kept staring at her and ran out before that girl could spot jinyoung.

"yeh but it's not my fault, i didn't know she was going to be there," you argued back.

"just stop, i don't need your help,"
