Drew got up and looked at him like he was crazy, "Cooley. You know the boundaries." Cooley laughed, "Always got the bodyguards huh? Call him off." Cooley simply said to me, ignoring Drew and I twisted my mouth. "Drew, it's fine. He's not going to do anything. Hey Cooley, what's up?" Drew still stood there, Cooley tried to keep in a snicker.
"I saw you and thought let me go see my friend." I shook my head, "How you been?" He asked me and I shrugged, "Been better."
Cooley and I... I don't get us, I really don't. I mean, he means well every time he comes and sees me, but it's just weird because I know Ahm hates him. I can't keep him from seeing me, I really can't and trust me, I have tried. I told him I didn't want to see him, don't see me, I don't like you, but he's persistent. I learned to stop fighting a fight I can't win. Please don't say, you can ignore him. I tried that too, but he would block my car and I couldn't leave. But after a while I didn't even get surprised to see him, it sort of turned into a relief to see him.
"Is that so? Is your coach giving you a hard time again?" He asked concerned, Drew made a weird face at him but he ignored him.
"Yo, time to bounce." Drew spoke up and Jas walked up, but Cooley stuck his arm out to stop Jas. "We're not here to fight. We came to eat and we saw a friend. That's all Jas, calm down. He works for Ahm; he's doing the right thing. I'd want you to do the same for my girl." He said to Jas and Jas backed up.
"I'll let you go. I know you're trying to enjoy your friends company. Plus, I know where to meet up with you." He winked at me. Drew glared at him and I said, "Drew sit down." He finally looked down and he sat down in his spot next to me. "Why is he talking to you casually? And where does he meet up with you at?" He asked like he was my brother and Draya laughed "When did you turn into Ahm?" She asked him amused.
It was like voodoo was on his name or something, because when I looked up, he was walking into the restaurant; looking oh so good. The tension in the area picked up quickly when he noticed Cooley here too.
"Monday's are my day." Cooley told Ahm. Ahm looked over at me and he walked over to me, ignoring Cooley. "Why the hell does he do shit like this? Then wonders why I don't fucking deal with him?" I heard Cooley shout, but dropped it and walked out with his crew.
Ahm walked over to me and he looked at me and asked, "You look tired, what you doing here?" He sounded concern. I sighed, "One, you don't tell a girl she looks tired. Two, I was hungry." He nodded.
"Get up." He said to Drew calmly. Drew quickly slid out from by me and got up. Scrap already slid next to Draya. Shad and Smokey were already pulling up chairs to the booth. Drew went and pulled one up too.
"How was school ladies?" Scrap asked but the question was really for Draya. "It was fine." She answered him back and he smirked, "Would've been better if I was there, but don't worry, I'm here now." He flirted, she giggled covering her face from her blush. I snorted at his behavior.
Ahm leaned in close to me and asked, "How was your day?" I made a so-so motion with my hands, "It was pretty good. My teachers seem nice." I answered and he nodded.
"You think you should be here?" I asked him in a low voice and he shrugged, "Don't worry." He assured me in an equally low voice and he smiled a confident smile at me.
"You're always pushing things." Ahm smirked arrogantly, "You like when I push. I can push some more tonight if you want." He whispered in my ear seductively. It was my turn to blush; my hand went to my face to cover it. "You know you can't make her do that, she's too light." Drew teased
"Ain't nobody asked me about my first day of school." Shad said hinting and I smiled, "How was your day Shad?" He leaned back looking cool, "It was cool. You know, with me being a senior and all." Shad boasted, Dray, Drew and myself all just smacked our lips at him.
"Well, since we asking about each other, someone ask about my day." Scrap said out loud, we all looked at him. "How was your day?" Draya asked and he grinned, "I went back to school."
I got excited and I clapped a little, "Oh my gosh! Really? That is so good to hear!" He ginned proudly, "Yeah, I ain't miss much, but Ahm and Smoke said I should go back and they were right." I turned to Ahm and said, "That was so cool of you." Ahm waved it off a little, acting like he didn't want to take credit in his part. He shrugged, simply stating, "He was getting too dumb." I giggled a little.
Shad tapped Drew getting his attention, and motioned to a group of girls who were gawking at them. "Aye Drew some females staring, let's go holla at em." Drew shook his head, "You forgot it's football season. I can't fuck no broads right now; it'll lower my field performance."
"You might as well go over there; you suck either way." I teased him and he glared at me. "'You suck either way'. Alright Ahm get her before I do." Drew mocked me, sending me a light-hearted warning.
Ahm ignored him, and instead put his arm around me and pulled me closer to him. "I missed you." He said out loud and I smiled, "I know." He snorted out loud. "How did you know I'd be here?" I asked him and he looked down and said, "Sources." I smiled and he winked at me.
You guys see it right? He really started working hard on showing me more affection, he didn't care who he did it in front of either. I was skeptical at first, because I've heard him say he'll change but didn't. Now, he's showing that he is capable of it.
Ahm drove me home, I opened the door and Pete rushed towards me. "Did you miss me? Huh? Did you miss me?" He barked happily. He ran behind me and jumped on Ahm and Ahm just raised his eyebrow at him "Stop being friendly." He instructed but Pete still jumped on him.
"Why yo dog so happy?" Ahm asked, disdain clear on his face. "Because he's my dog." He snorted, "Yeah, it makes sense now." He tried to be funny and play me. "Ha-ha. You're so funny." I said sarcastically and he smiled and pulled me into his grasp.
He kissed me and then I pulled back and smiled, "And what has gotten into you?" His eyes twinkled, "I've been missing you all day. All I thought about was you." I blushed, "Did it drive you crazy?" He leaned down and kissed me softly. "You have no idea." I stared him in his eyes, they were soft surprisingly.
"You talked to your friend today huh?" He asked me and I pretended I couldn't hear him. I reached up and I kissed his neck softly, he chuckled, "You're making yourself look so guilty." I kept kissing his neck and his grips started dropping from my waist and started sneaking towards my ass.
"Your brothers aren't going to be home for a while huh?" He inquired, his eyebrows raising. I answered still against his neck, "Nuh uh." He immediately picked me up and I squealed with excitement and wrapped my legs around him. "I guess you can call this a lil punishment for talking to your friend." Ahm said seductively and he carried me upstairs.
