I'm Mixed Up...

Chapter six: I'm mixed up...

Right now, I'm at the airport holding onto my amazing group. I don't want these freaks to leave!

As soon as Aeron, Brae, Elle, Dyllin, and Skylerr started to walk down the hall to board their plane, I felt my eyes go blurry and teary. I grabbed my iPhone and started texting them saying how much I miss them. I started to walk outside and walk all the way home. I was almost into town when I heard a familiar voice.

"Hey beautiful, need a ride?"

I looked over to see Niall in a McLaren F1, windows down, and sunglasses tipped on the bridge of his nose.

"Are you sure? I feel bad.." I said.

"Of course. Now get in!"

As I got in his car, I noticed he forgot to turn the radio back up.

"Hey, do you have your bands album in here?"

"Are you crazy? Of course I do! I have like five copies so I keep them everywhere. Did you wanna hear it?"

"Maybeeee....." I said with a smile.

He popped in the album and What Makes You Beautiful blasted through the speakers. I couldn't help but sing along.

"You're insecure, don't know what for. You're turning heads when you walk through the do-o-or." As I sang, I heard Niall sing a bit with me. He must be breaking out of his shell. I thought maybe now would be a good time to actually get to know each other better. As soon as WMYB was over, I turned the stereo down just enough to hear our conversation.

"Let's get to know each other better. I'll ask a question then you. Kay?" I said.

"Got it. You first."

"color?" I started.

"Green. Siblings?"

"Little sister and her name is Skye. Uhmm... Food?"

"NANDOS!! Song?"

"Moments. Siblings?" he smiled as I said Moments.

We did this for about 10 more minutes and I felt like I was actually friends with him my whole life. Everything he said made me like him even more. I can't like him though, I have Aeron. Well I feel like we're gonna drift. School starts soon over there and he might find someone new. I shook off the thought of it.

"So do you wanna get your drivers license?" Niall asked, making me snap out of my thoughts.

"Huh? Oh, yeah. I do but I have no car, and I don't know where to get my license."

"Why'd you think I asked? I'll teach you. And I'll take you to get your license. Maybe I'll even let you borrow a car." he said with a smile.

"If you could teach me and take me then yes. Don't let me borrow a car! I'd feel terrible."

We headed over to an empty parking lot and he showed me everything I needed to know for my test. He started quizzing me for the written exam.

"I think you're ready!" he said.

"Really?! Do you think I can take my test now and get my license next week?"

"Definitely. I'll take you now."

Within five minutes we were at the testing place. I had to take my written test first, so when I was doing the driving test, they could score it. I took my actual test and the lady said I was one of the best she's seen in a long time! When I got back, I found Niall leaning up against the hood of his car and we both walked inside to wait for the results.

"Okay you ready?" the lady asked us.

"Yes!!" Niall and I said with anticipation.

"Well...." she began, "You passed!"

"Yay!!" Niall grabbed me in a hug to congratulate me. Then, something very unexpected happened.. He kissed me. And you know what? I liked it. I know that sounds bad but, I couldn't help it. We let go and he blushed. I smiled and blushed.

"Let's go over here to get your temporary license picture taken." the lady said pointing behind a desk, "Your real license will arrive to your house next week. Use this and it will serve as your actual license until yours arrives."

After I took my picture and got the paper, we left.

"Do you want me to take you home?" he asked, with a hint of sadness in his voice. It was only 3:30.

"Where are you going?"

"I was just gonna head to hang out with the boys. I heard Lux was gonna be there." he said sounding really happy. I felt a bit jealous knowing Lux would be a girl.

"Can I come?"

"Sure!"

When we got to the apartment place, we headed up to one of their apartments, which I believe it was Harry's. Harry opened the door and saw Niall.

"Hey guys it's Niall!" he yelled, "Oh and Isabella! Hi Isabella." he smiled.

"Please, call me Bella!"

We walked inside and Harry sat down on the couch next to Louis. Louis was holding a baby and when Harry came back, he grabbed her and started to play with her.

"Oh I'm sorry Bella, this little cutie is Lux. Lux Atkins." Niall said, grabbing the baby from Harry.

Oh my god. I thought Lux was like an old friend of his. I got jealous of a baby.

After a few hours of playing with Lux and hanging out with the boys, mostly Niall, we decided it was about time I should get home.

"I had so much fun guys, thanks for having me!" I said as I walked out of the door.

On the way home, I fell asleep on Nialls shoulder again. When we got to the park by my house, I didn't want to wake up. I stayed there and pretended I was sleeping. I felt something cover me, it was a jacket. Then I heard a heart beat slow down, and I knew he fell asleep too. What a perfect ending to a perfect day. That is where I stayed until morning..
