You walked out in the cold Toronto air with two winter coats on trying to stay warm. Most days you can get a ride to school but both of your parents were already working and you didn't want to ask Shawn cause he's probably busy. You checked your phone and noticed you were late for school. Great you thought. After walking for another 10 minutes you finally made it to school you were 20 minutes late but its better then not showing up at all. All in the school you can see snow people have tracked in the school.
"Casey you're alive" Destiny called as you walked in the classroom.
"Sorry I'm late I didn't have a ride to school today so I had to walk"
"Well glad you still made it" Your teacher said.
The next 5 hours passed fast and school was finally over.
"Do you have a ride home?" Destiny asked you.
"Yea I do Shawn is here to pick me up."
"Okay see you tomorrow."
While waiting for Shawn you watched the snowfall it was actually calming to watch. A few minutes passed and Shawn was finally here. You got in Shawn's car and he had a big smile on like he always does.
"Here I got you some hot chocolate."
"Bless you Shawn."
"You know I could have driven you to school."
"I didn't want to bug you I thought you were busy."
"Never worry about bugging me."
The rest of the car ride was quiet except the radio playing. Shawn dropped you off at your house and you thanked him for the ride plus the chocolate. You were greeted by your parents.
"Sorry, you had to walk today." Your mom said.
"It's fine."
"One of us should be able to drive you tomorrow."
"If you can't I will just ask Shawn."
"Okay."
You headed to your room and started doing homework.
